What, again?? Poor guy. Maybe give his management company a stern talking to or something? Because if they don't…
I know. I'm usually not one to complain about actors' roles but I feel bad for Sung Hoon. I feel like his acting would improve a lot if he tried different roles.
I loved reading this article, it was so much fun! Also, Ha Ji Won is the original badass. I remember watching her in King2Hearts and I was like WOW this girl can fight! It's rare to see actresses who do their own fighting scenes and on top of that her acting is amazing. I didn't really like her more recent dramas, my favorites are King2Hearts and Empress Ki, so I'm looking forward to her new drama Chocolate. I really hope she has another big drama hit!
To be honest, I haven't watched a drama that touched me like this in a long time. I cried a lot in the last episode because I didn't want to say goodbye to Nam Shin and So Bong. This drama reminds me that true love means you are able to sacrifice yourself for someone else. Thank you actors and writers for bringing us such an amazing drama.
Nice article =) I'm not sure what you mean by saying that Moon Lovers was one of the worst written shows. That Korean drama was based on a Chinese drama which was based on one of the best-selling novels in China. I read the novel and it is one of my favorites of all time, Tong Hua is such an amazing writer. The Chinese drama was also really amazing and novel when it came out. But if you're saying that the Korean scriptwriters completely changed and messed up the original plot from the Chinese drama, then yes I would agree with you.
Thanks for this article it was great! Sometimes I can have really long drama slumps that last half a year or even longer. How I deal with this is by watching variety shows or Youtube videos. When I switch to watching something else, like "I Live Alone" for example, it's really refreshing and after a while I can come back to watching dramas =)
Wow! Really great casting choices. It's really rare but I like every single actor that you put on the list and I think their looks/personalities really match their roles. Great job =)
I have really tried to understand the hype around Yang Mi and how did she manage to get so famous, but I don't.…
I get what you're saying but Yang Mi's acting really isn't that bad. I think her acting is okay but if you're going to compare with Mark Chao of course he outshined her. Mark Chao is just on a different level. But I've just come to accept that a lot of A-List actors/actresses are not that good at acting. For example, Zheng Shuang has been in so many dramas as the female lead and I can't stand her acting. So I guess, to each their own?
Thanks for the article =) It's nice to get an update on what these guys have been doing. This drama will always be special. I miss the good old Taiwanese dramas.
Thanks for the wonderful article! This brings back so many memories especially since this list is so iconic. It just so happens that Meteor Garden was my first ever Taiwanese drama and Full House was my first ever Korean drama =D When I watch them now I find it so cheesy but they still have a special place in my heart. It's crazy that I've been watching dramas with my mom since I was in elementary school and now I'm already a working adult. Time flies!
I find it interesting how some people keep comparing this drama to WWWSK and saying which one is better. Honestly, they're both amazing in their own way and they both have off the charts chemistry! I think Park Min Young is becoming one of my favorite Korean actresses, no wonder people call her the 로코퀸 "Rom-com queen" =D
OH MY GOD, this drama is based on one of my favourite books I'm so excited yet nervous to watch this. Just like a lot of people said below, if you enjoy the drama I highly recommend the book. The author's writing is so poetic, witty and calm. At parts funny, at parts sad. I discovered this book when I was going through a really tough breakup and all I can say is that this author's writing is like chicken soup for the soul. Enjoy everyone ^^
This is why I have trust issues! The kisses are never real kisses and I am in agony!!!Also, the end to episode…
I totally get what you're saying. I was so pissed while watching episode 8. There's a few things I absolutely hate in dramas: 1. Selective amnesia = I remember everyone in my life except for the person I love the most 2. Noble idiocy = I have an incurable disease so I'm going to say super mean things to you and break up with you 3. Fake kisses = Getting the viewers hopes up and then crushing them right after
I have loved this drama since the beginning and I was already prepared to give it an amazing rating here on mydramalist. The chemistry between the leads is off the charts and the friendship between Duk Mi and Seon Joo really touched me. During some moments it even reminded me of my own best friend. That's why I was so frustrated and disappointed after watching the recent episode. These second leads need to GO AWAY and hopefully never come back. Writers and directors, please redeem yourselves next week.
can we just appreciate that he realized his mistake by himself and IMMEDIATELY ran everywhere to apologize and…
Yess!! I love this comment. Goodbye Korean drama male leads who are stubborn and think they are always right. Hello Korean drama male leads who are mature and are able to say the words "I'm sorry" when they have done something wrong =D
I really regret starting this show while it's airing because now I have to wait another week =( Honestly, Park Min Young is such a good actress because she has such chemistry with all her male actors. From Healer to WWSK and now to this drama! It's only been 6 episodes and I'm already loving it.
