I am glad he was alive, as suspected, but it looked kind of rushed and messy and in the end pretty cliché with…
Agreed. I mean... for a paramedic who runs into odd situations, she never questions how a booby trapped human could lead to an exsanguination in a close bystander. Neither does anybody of these intelligent and professional people, question HOW a shrapnel killed him. Shrapnel of what ? The headphones? Nothing would remain. The expression of Pink Mist from The Hurt Locker comes to mind.

Also: there was no time, or space to address that he saw his father get blown up right in front of him? Which seems more than odd.

Don't get me wrong. Nice wrap up. But you are right: very rushed. Oh, well... that's what fanfiction is for. Right?

Hello, I just finished the first season and wanted to start the second but Disney doesn't show a second season…
Either use a VPN (set for anything different than US or Europe, try Japan). Or watch it on Dramacool.

So I FINALLY get what all the fuss is about with Yang Yang. I had either dropped or barely started many of his…
Totally agree with you there. In Glory of Special Forces, his acting is gut wrenching. So is the one of the final scenes in Who Rules the World.

What people miss here with SY is that is IS the character's way of being. He is guarded. It's not hard to understand from his backstory. The main problem of this drama is the lengthy moments, the filler episodes. For people used to more pacing (and the whumpers), this is excruciating. Also: the dynamic of him with SJ in the beginning is incredibly touching. The way the all CARE. Most US-EURO Drama's could learn a LOT about healthy human interaction here.
