From the very beginning you won't understand half of what is going on... and I think towards ep 6 you will feel even lost. But don't lose your hopes... Is true that I would have changed many things but I still enjoyed it (and I enjoyed seeing Bible). So give it a try!
So... I've just finished this series and I have to say that I have mixed feelings. I was at the beginning like "I hate Korn... how can he cheat on Tonkla with that girl"... so I was from the very beginning already hating him... With the last scene I actually felt bad for him and I felt disappointed on Tonkla as he started playing with othr's feelings. But tbh... I cried a lot with their death.... Despite not seeing the real action... it made me feel rly sad... as if it actually happened.
Also: I love how Bible acts... he is just amazing! Even though some people weren't into the "Bible/Jes" couple, I actually liked their connection and wish we could see more of them together in other series.
After watching the ep 4 I can go to sleep happily. It's really painful having to wait a whole week to watch the next episode but WE CAN DO IT! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE MORE OF GREAT AND TYME!!
to the thai speakers: are they speaking some kind of "old thai" or is this "shool thai"?
I think they are using a different thai accent mainly to reflect the background of the novel which in a way adds autenticity to the personalities of each character.
This show have a big identity crisis, it just can't decide what it wants to be. We have a group of various genres…
Isn't it funny how no one is talking about how the characters of the novel look a lot like Wei Wuxian and Lan Zhan from *The Untamed*? Especially since the story is about writing a Wuxia novel, the similarities are hard to miss. The way the characters act and interact just gives off the same vibe, almost like a low-key tribute to *The Untamed*. Also, let's add the introduction of a new character to the novel called "LAN ZHEN". How curious!!
I can see the talent of the actors, but overall... this mini-series fell short for me. The performances were strong, but the plot lacked depth... In other words, I felt as if something was missing.
Can anyone explain me the ending? I mean.. I know she is also a psycho... but I for real didn't see that coming and I need any explanation before my brain goes kaboom :(((
Not gonna lie but i'm on the ep 30, and... even though it is very slow and goes according to what one expects,…
Understandable... I bet you will find good ones... for now is just a matter of searching and trying... I would say never judge the cover of a book... most people watch these kind of series for the reviews or the actors... but if you don't like it it's all good, you will find others that you will enjoy for sure. I am wishing you the best to find it tho!

More or less yeah... even though you can see some parts where the bromance is... is indeed not famous for that... but because it's worthy. Also I've just seen that someone recommended you Nirvana in Fire... that's also something you should try... or just take a look at the Legend of Lu Zhen... this is a historical/political one let's say...
Also, just to let you know... most of the best Chinese dramas are the Romantic ones... you can also watch good ones but they are mainly fantasy or action... but I think these are worth of seeing.
I didn't watched a lot of Cdramas yet, but I'm trying to get into it so I started to watched Love Between Fairy…
Not gonna lie but i'm on the ep 30, and... even though it is very slow and goes according to what one expects, it is not that bad... it is true that they could have gotten a lot more out of the series, but for now it is quite good... About the recommendation: The Untamed or the Guardian if you are looking for more historical ones... I have to say that The Untamed is one of my fav ones... in terms of actors, OST, and acting I give it a 9.0/10 Derailment or Reset if you like fantasy and romance... and I would say Well intended love if you are just into pure romance... Even though I could recommend so many different ones I am just leaving these over here.
