that's what i want to say, not only on weibo i've seen that on twt, douyin, mdl, douban and in an "article" (the comments on that was really... *sigh*)
i still can't forget that... it was too much

if that base salary is "good" for their hardwork then it's ok ok....
but bad directing, bad scripts and bad acting will still not change lol (some people still have connections and back up at the end of the day, it'll not effect them)

even if it's me idc, everyone have diff opinions... i know i never "insulted" someone lol, i said that i don't like this drama and that actor/actress, that's it! it's an "opinion" rather than an "insult"🙂

they don't really know what's an "insult" is, the hate I've seen for him for that "billing" was something much much more than this....

the dramas success is because of the whole crew but it can flop just because of one person or one "issue", and this can effect the whole crew which is not good

I don't think someone who's bad at acting, directing or script writing will improve by these rules lol, it's more about passion and interest rather than money... although it might make a diff but that's not worth it.

everyone has diff tastes, i sometimes like the drama that's hated by majority, so it'll hurt me see the cast and crew of that drama getting paid less than what they deserved🙃

and if the actors are good, scripts are bad and that drama flops, then what about those actors... they did their work but didn't got what they deserved (u can take some of CZY's drama for ex. like SF4, his acting was perfect but the production team and the scrip wasn't that good)
also vice versa, if the script is good, actors are bad....

but yes it's good for the platforms lol🤣 they spends money like water on some drama only to see that drama getting flop at the end

But instead of these rules they should rather eliminate this billing lol, this can definitely solve a lot of issues (it'll can also create some new problems though)
