Seriously, if you know all diety series from 1990, it's was always a sad ending. But it's a good sad ending. If you watch the 8 immortals, dragon love...all love between humain x diety or animal x humain...always end with a sad but comprehensible ending. Because in under buddhism, we can't go against that...anyway I love this serie ^^

Because the color red was represent something longing, dream or something irreal. That why the ending was completely ok for me. OE is always good than the sad ending.
