If in a textbook, you need a name for like a random guy its likely it will be something like Zhang San. The Joke is kinda just that in the Novel he is the Emperor but in "Real Life" his name sound like a guy who delivers your takeout or something.
Wang Cuihua sounds like a name from a Ayi next door. Cuihua means Emerald + Flower (its kinda means something like delicate flower). Its just a very old fashion name and sounds more like a older country Ayi who is a bit louder and loves to play Mahjong and not like a young girl like from Beijing.
