yeah, and since she just recently gained some more recognition in the industry i bet most of her work is picked by her agency and not herself. but she’s an awesome actress that managed to shine multiple times even as a support character, she's def going to find her way through this

honestly she’s just very unlucky. her acting is great, but she happened to choose some pretty lame projects after MJTY. same happened with the ML’s recent dramas. the problem was never their acting though but the scripts they choose.. let’s hope they chose well this time

i think thats simply bc they wanted to give her character a comic feeling for now bc they’re focusing on the comedy aspect of the drama rn but i guess her voice will eventually "mature" when things get serious

honestly, even though i am not the biggest fan of fantasy themes, it’s pretty good from the start.
the story and pacing are easy to follow and the chemistry is good so far. visuals are insane, lu yuxiao gets prettier every episode (the male lead too ofc). it has potential to become one of my favorites from 2025 👁️ let’s hope it keeps this good quality till the end

the breakup cliches threw me off a lil bit but i still do like it. maybe 36 eps would have been ideal so we could see more romantic scenes in their adult life.
qin yeyun is my fav character, i’m curious to what kind of ending they will give to her

finally zhang yuxi picked up some good work. like it so far, chemistry is looking good

i don’t see how she is following every step JQX makes though? yingtao chose to move from qun shan not exactly bc of JQX but because she was unhappy there, since she was all alone. yingtao is naturally cheerful and loud but in qun shan, after all her friends moved, she was known for being shy and not having many friends. she moved to JQX’s city because she wanted to be closer to her childhood friends and not specifically closer to him.. JQX being there was just a bonus
