I had been putting off watching the last couple of episodes because i didn't want the series to end but just finished it. Loved every minute of this series! It is such a sweet feel-good drama!!!

Thanks for the replies. Unfortunately I tried one episode of Eternal Love but couldn't help compare it to General and I the whole time. General and I gripped me with an intensity from the very minute it started playing and kept me wanting to watch more. The chemistry between CBJ and PT was just breath-taking as well - such a rare find, I think. I know many people think it was really long and drawn out and I agree that sometimes there was a bit of repetition but I think all 62 episodes were an easy watch. Am having major withdrawls now that this drama series is over :(
There's just something about the CGI and fantastical side of Eternal Love that draws me away from it. Watching the trailers put me off a bit as well... I dunnooo what it is...

I totally feel you! Even as a watcher, I'm undecided who I want Bai Cao to end up with now... I mean, originally I hoped she could get together with Ruo Bai but after going through everything with Chang An. I don't know, I have a soft spot for him! At the same time, totally feel bad for Ting Hao. I'm also kinda disappointed that they made him act so rashly but at the same time, he's been the only guy out of all the 4 guys who have liked Bai Cao to stick through everything in both seasons. He's been there for her through everything and he works so hard hard for her love that he's now becoming desperate.

Xiao Nai's perfection gave me that warm mushy feeling all the time but unfortunately a guy like him just doesn't exist in real life. Wish this series was longer so we could see more sweet moments!

This story's heroine is Qiao An but kinda told through the eyes of her friend, Ni Hao (though why they did that, I have no idea as it doesn't seem to add anything to the storyline). Qiao An used to be from a wealthy family but then something happened, her dad ran away and now she's working from the bottom up. She's a real powerwoman, cold on the outside. She goes to apply for a job at Lu Yuan Yang's company but because he once worked for her father and knows of her position, refuses her.
I quite enjoyed the relationship between Qiao An and Lu Yuan Yang at first but there's not a great deal of romance in the show.
Oh my gosh. So I knew this drama sequel was coming out and wanted to watch it because I LOVE Ji Chang Wook in Healer so finally got round to watching season 1 of this and just finished. Was balling my eyes out for Ruo Bai/ Yang Yang at the end. How could they?! I fell in love with him so much that I think I'm going to need time to get over the fact he's not in this series, Ji Chang Wook or not. I guess having a different female lead somehow makes me feel a bit better, as if it's not exactly Bai Tsao...I don't know. Mixed feelings on this.
I need a boyfriend like Jia Yang! Someone who forces me to not give up on my dreams, someone who will stick up for me in front of his parents and someone who will support me in dealing with my problems!

Ugh how unfortunate that every instance that the mother catches Qiao Fei, it creates a miisunderstanding. She is so blinded by her bias. Can't stand meddling mothers! What would you do if your boyfriend's mother approached you about breaking up?
