Yes, i thought so too, but also not telling him first thing is probably really hurtful. In this episode i gotta say, this is the first time Luan Nian actually swallowed his pride because later he even apologised to her. I think both of them needed to apologise, Luan Nian for being hurtful with his words (what a surprise) and Zhitao being hurtful with her actions (hiding it from him)

I love Zhitao but i really don’t understand her. I know that for the entertainment of the viewers the writer made Zhitao hide Dony’s harassment from Luan Nian. However if we focus solely on the plot, i really don’t know why Zhitao didn’t tell Luan Nian when she went home. Him again finding out about it through a work email is so frustrating. She fails to separate him as a boss and as a boyfriend 😣 I really want them to break up, work in different places and finally overcome their problems 😩

Well as for now Netflix is showing only the schedule for eps 17 and 18, ep 17 tomorrow and ep 18 on Sunday. Usually with some dramas Chinese streaming platforms upload the last few episodes in one go, but not always. It was like that for Never ending summer and Road to success. It might be like this for The early spring too but i doubt Netflix will be this generous lol😆
