I don't read the novel but I'm watching PA for the 1st time, now at E45, I get what you mean. The way she talks to him, her choice of words... Gosh! So hurtful, every time. 😣
In Rebirth, I don't see her using ZY. (Or did i miss it?) In the lastest episodes, they worked together to fool YX. Hope they keep this up in Li Ce vs Li Yan arc.
QC pregnant on screen? I think they'll skip this. The most, maybe a time jump, she and ZY living happily with their 2 kids.
