FL was praised, at least by the people.
As for ML, he suffered since young. Hardly enough to eat, hard labor, no clean clothes, etc. People say bad things about him.
Now, being lied in the face. And FL's calling him "My love ..." is not helping.
Also, she offers to help because she has hidden agenda.
What wrong did ML did to her? He won the competition fair and square. By now, she already knew that ML was not the one that poisoned her. But yeah ... She is going to steal the Dream from him.

He took the lighting strikes, not knowing if he could survive, or the lighting would stop, to save her. He knew she was lying the moment he was truck by the 1st lighting. But he said he didn't caro she was. He put his life on the line for her.
He was very clear about trusting his feelings towards him.
But no ... She lied again. And so very smoothly.
Find herself ?Yeah ! Until she knew that the bad one is actually her own family. Unul nowhere else to turn to, then go to ML. Right ... 😝

Before this, I wanted the emperor heard everything while he was in a coma (I commented that too ...). It came true.
If the production is going towards a carefree ML at the end, they have to ensure 2nd Prince's character growth fit for an Emperor. If not, it's just another wasted good story up till Ep28.
Ohya! I haven't read the novel. The only Chinese novel I read is Lost You Forever. 🤭

Originally, he's a good guy, but it changed. I hope to see character growth later - perhaps,, he is being controlled by the real villain, to ensure safety of someone he cares about, the princess.
What I want - Eunuch Ma & 2nd Prince character growth :
1) Uenuch Ma is still alive. He was stabbed only once, he could have survived, now recovering in the eunuch's place.
2) Eunuch Ma has the Imperial edict that states 1st Prince as the Crown Prince. It's safely kept by him.
3) 2nd Prince investigates further about the deaths of his grandfather, father and brother. It leads to Eunuch Ma, then the Imperial edict.
4) Feeling unfilial and unsatisfied to be on the throne, the 2nd Prince tries to find Dr Ling, to know about his father's sickness. That leads to knowing his brother is still alive.
Many are irritated by her role as the Princess who is blinded by love, worse hurting her brother, in Fated Hearts. That only means that she is a good actress. Hope to see her more in the future. This time, as a good FL. 😊
My guess : 1. Emperor murdered. 2. 1st Prince announced dead, worse framed as Emperor's murderer. 3. 2nd Prince becomes Emperor. 4. 1st Prince almost die but rescued. 5. 1st Prince lost partial memories while recovering. 6. 1st Prince comes back to prove his innocence and takes the throne.
Just soften, his heart at least. Not much, a bit.

1. ML was wearing 'gold armour' , similar to the one he gave to FL previously.
2. Murong Jr's sword went through the armour, but the knife's stabs from Murong Sr didn't.
3. The sword missed out the vital organs.🤭
4. Murong Sr choked ML, he passed out due to lack of oksigen and lost of blood.
5. Being young, healthy and used to be wounded in battles, helped ML's body to go into coma state, using the very least of oksigen. 🤭
6. In the preview, he will be blind, then, loses partial memories, in later episodes.
7. The plot is not so believable, in fact some loopholes but I'm enjoying it.
About the throne, perhaps it's just me eating him to take the throne.
