I think they just wanted us to think it was the sister back then and led us on until todays episode. cause that very much looked like a one night stand type of situation that she immediately regretted so I don't think it was her in the past. ah ok thank you! I'll be interested to see what they do in these final 2 episodes then. I know they have already switched some stuff from the webtoon so we will have to see how much else they changed from the ending.
