sorry just started and only at chap 52 honestly the novel is very different from the drama so far.

makes sense as novel everyone assumed it was Wei Lingyue since the mirror image revel so they will probably do the same in the drama

she is the phoenix but her bloodline hasn't been activated so its hidden as for when we will know should be pretty soon as novel ml learns pretty quick but most others think she might be a peacock if i remember right but drama might go different route and expose it to everyone in this mid-autumn competition going on as of episode 8

i have just read the first 30 chaps of the novel and it seems very different from the drama although not very surprised since most dramas are.

he seems to see her future of her wedding and her dying which is probably the marriage her mom is trying to set her up with but Yan Yue seems to have flashbacks of him fighting a war as well, the Heavenly Emperor and his friend seem to know about the war as his friend said he hopes he doesn't make the same mistake

i agree as there are only a 11 episodes left and the immortal arc is going to be rushed since the mortal arc so far has been 29 episodes

i don't think either one is at fault especially LSS the Devil God killed everyone she loves and her whole world and realm if she didn't fall in love with TTJ she could just destroy the evil bone and be done with it.

i think she felt at least something from him as she give him her immortal/divine essence when she took the evil bone out and she knew she had a mission and she couldn't risk everything just for love so she just denied it.
