I have read the novel and its good, although the drama seems quite different from the novel but I would still recommend watching the drama as its really good :).
plus is far as i have read the novel there was only one Jiang Xiaoyuan(World A) and then she crossed into a parallel world Jiang Xiaoyuan that just died so the two Jiang Xiaoyuan identity mishap is a drama creation. although not surprised as time travel/parallel world type-like dramas seem sensitive in China
