Compared to Japanese version this one doesn't have any overacting.

But there wasn't any homosexual romance in the movie. So there was no need to talk about it like that in interviews. At the time I remember seeing comments abt the movie and many interpreted the interviews the way there would be romance. I didn't watch any interviews, no time for that. But based on those discussions I expected some romance. I watched the movie just recently because of that. I didn't want to, but had to, because I missed Mile and Apo.

Why is it for better?

Sorry, but I don't drop a series I've watched this far. Especially if it's still interesting. Just questioning what I'll get in the end when this is supposed to be a bl, but it's just too toxic.
