Nvm rewatched the whole episode, they were sisters
I originally thought it was referring to at first, but then I put more attention to the dialogue and they are referred to as actual sisters. Also, one of them refers to the husband of the other as brother-in-law

I don't know if I missed part of the conversations, but can someone explain to me how are they cousins? What I understood is that they were born at the same time and switched, where is the blood relation in that?

The storyline is beyond my IQ Level. Someone pls explain thanks.
Basically, there's an infinite number of parallel worlds with different timelines but they are all about Cir and Phu.
All the different Cirs can travel in between these parallel worlds due to various circumstances (accident, disease, etc).
Once they travel or get a glimpse of one of the other worlds they eventually meet the Cir from that universe who is in charge of teaching them about their abilities and what they imply.
For example: Cir1 (our Cir) travelled briefly to Cir2's world after his first accident and came back with the memories from that world. After that he ended up travelling again but not fully, he stayed in the time room with Cir2 (dark Cir).
When Cir1 had his second accident, Cir3 (the one we met today) travelled to Cir1's world and Cir1 got trapped in the Time room with Cir2.
In the time room Cir2 explained to Cir1 that they all have the ability to travel between universes for unknown reasons but with one clear goal: To help that world's Cir meet their corresponding Phu. Cir2 also showed him all the million other alternative worlds and explained to him that he can only return to his own world after Cir3 goes back to his own.
Additionally, Cir2's job is now basically done, asthey are supposed to explain everything to the Cir that comes to them. Now at some point Cir1 has to meet Cir3 to explain everything to him (I doubt they will include this)
It's basically a neverending line of traveling and teaching each other about their abilities.
At the end of the episode Cir3 has a headache passes out and goes back to his world while Cir1 returns. Cir3 ends up meeting his Phu after waking up in his world but has all the memories from the parallel world as well

Why are people so confused about the plot? Stop thinking this is going to be exactly like the book, it seems clear they are changing stuff.
The plot I understood:
Supernatural/sci-fi stuff is real, the parallel worlds are real.
Cir is a world jumper but he hasn't travelled fully yet, it seems his power only got awakened with the near death experience. First time he travelled he didn't cross but witnessed everything that was happening in the alt world, thus when he woke up from the comma he remembered everything he SAW.
Jin is a mind reader, the "secret" he knows is that Cir is not from another world but from the main world with knowledge from the alt world.
Cir is still a stalker (to what degree, we don't know) but Jin implied that he knows about Cir's feelings and intentions, and knows that they are innocent because he could HEAR his thoughts, he explained he could only hear them with a certain range of distance, implying Cir was always some what close to Phu.
Alt/Dark Cir is from an alternative universe where he knows how to jump. The white room is a sort of limbo where Cir and Alt Cir can meet. According to the trailer they will switch worlds at some point (my theory is so that Alt Cir can help Cir get his life together since it seemed he did in the alt world).
Things are still getting revealed and I thought everything they explained so far was clear

Penalty ? That's what I used to say at the end of every chinese BL prior to the ban. They make you love and tear…
That was a feel good open ending, meant to guide your mind to a positive ending. This is an emotional train wreck

I feel like this has become my favorite BL so far, in my opinion, everything was executed perfectly. They didn't follow the webtoon at all but I still felt like the sweet and maturing essence was there. Probably the only point I wish they explained better is DaUn's past and why his personality was shaped like that.

While I was in kinda of a shock that they added the father conflict for Siwon's storyline, it worked really well. Honestly, his story hit way too close to home, so much that I was left sobbing after his confrontation with his mom, it reminded me of my own childhood and my own relationship with my mother.

"Mom never said sorry. I don't think she'll ever understand me completely, as I don't understand her"

Blueming is a raw and mature story disguised as a sweet college romance. For me, it's perfect, it's shows how people are just that, people. Will watch it again whenever I want to feel comforted.

Can someone tell what the last scene with the guy and guitar was reference to? And those initials on the guitar???
He's Do BaWoo's crush (the sound guy with glasses), Hoon. In the webtoon, they were childhood friends until BaWoo fell in love with him but he didn't get it (like he actually didn't understand that Bawoo liked him romantically, it was so frustrating to read)
