so far, we only know that the female lead has anti social personality disorder(ASPD). However, she is also exhibiting symptoms of Impulse control disorders(ICD) such as kleptomania, conduct disorder (CD) and intermittent explosive disorder (IED). I still am not sure if her hallucinations are recurrent but these symptoms could probably be caused by the trauma that she had when she was younger (physically by his father and emotionally by her mother) which could justify the actions that she did even in her childhood.The female lead's character has been established. Thus far, I'm still intrigued with the male lead's character, although I have speculations about his personality I'll be keeping it to myself in the meantime. The butterfly will surely play a huge role in the following episodes. I've only seen three episodes and I can already say that this drama is well made and totally binge worthy.
