agree with the guy below. if you enjoyed kuuga then don't hold this to the same standards as kuuga. this was a mistake i made - though they do make some small nods to kuuga plot-wise, agito is very much its own thing! i don't feel like writing a proper review so: personally, the start was pretty slow and i didn't really start enjoying it/find it interesting until episode 19 (cop drama episode LOL.) i'd say the plot starts unveiling itself and gets more riveting towards the middle of the series. a lot of major plot points are revealed and things start making sense, as opposed to hints being dropped throughout the first part. it's... a little hard to say whether i liked it or not, in the end. it had a lot more ups and downs than expected and there's a LOT of subplots i just didn't care about. the akatsuki-go / main plot was intriguing to me, though, once they started delving into it. but imo the last 3 episodes cut the flow off and honestly it ruined some developments for me. the suit designs for both the riders and villains are sick though!!!!! shouichi's my guy of all time and hikawa's pretty funny. ryo definitely exists. not a perfect show or KR by any means but it did have its funny and enjoyable bits... so watch if you'd like but keep those in mind! (purely based on my opinion/preferences)
