i'm so disappointed with the part two not because of the ending but how the drama was executed. i honestly didn't like the parts they changed/added, they felt rushed but oh well. i encourage y'all to read the webtoon instead. it has 10x better journey and execution than the live action adaptation tbh
this has got to be one of my favorite comedy/romcom honestly. i haven't had a good laugh lately and this hits the spot. the rich son was probably my favorite, his scenes were effortlessly hilarious to me. also the ending is just so good, it wrapped up perfectly! why haven't i watched this sooner :')
as someone who isn't into body swapping that much, this has got to be one of my favorite thing ever. the characters were really likable to me, especially rin, my best girl. their situation was so complicated but i love it regardless. i might read the manga some time too. and if you're planning on watching it just do so without thinking too much of the synopsis lol
couldn't get pass through the manga so i watched the live action instead. the movie was pretty aight but kinda boring. male lead was stiff imo. dude loves to whisper alot too lol
50% yelling, 50% crazy. this is such a bizarre yet entertaining show. first half was actually pretty interesting,i was completely hooked. latter part was just batshit. it started as suspenseful to comedy to idk what to even describe. how to eliminate my teacher was a hot mess, that i don't dislike lmao
i find some stuff to be kinda overly dramatic but it was a good watch for a week. started watching thinking it would be a mystery thriller type of show but it ended up being more of an emotional drama. i'm a sucker for the teacher having a tight bond with his students trope though.
I know this comes from a manga (i didnt readed) but the movie ends without resolving the fact that Akari is going…
in the manga, they all ended up as couple till the end. yuna & rio stayed together in their home country while akari first went to states to pursue her career, some time later, kazu also went to the states to pursue his career & to be with her. it was a cute little scene.
this live-action adaptation is so akari x kazu centered. i mean good for them for having more screentime but it kinda bummed me coz i really like seeing more of yuna & rio’s cute scenes (esp since yuna is my favorite character from the manga lol). i felt like yuna x rio’s love story/characters weren’t developed well compared to the other couple. overall it was an ok movie to pass time.
