Never thought I would love this movie that much. Definitely a bad idea to watch this before sleeping 'cause now I can't stop thinking about it. Anyways, it was great!
I just finished this drama and I can now say that I liked it. I thought it started and ended light, the way I like it since I'm not into dark heavy sageuk. I find it fun to watch especially the eye-candy bishies aka Flowering Knights and how they start they friendship. I'm just not convinced with the lead couples's chemistry, I really tried to like their pairing but *error* tho I adore them individually and god how I love Park Hyung Shik here. The couple that got me was Ban Ryu and Soo Yeon!! Their chemistry is on! Okay like Ban Ryu's smile was the purest thing I've ever seen omo my heart. Kim Tae Hyung's character was so likable huhu he is so cute here! his death was so sad I literally cried in front of my siblings lol :'( Good thing I wasn't bored at all. I love the OST, one of the few drama ost I really like and had it on repeat. The ending was predictable.. for me at least but I'm a sucker for happy ending so it is a thumbs up! (except for the fact that Soo Ho wasn't here with the horse riding end waeeee I'm like T_T) Tho they could have focused more on the 'Hwarangs' and less on the romance but I'm really glad to watch this one. Good thing I don't rely much on the bad rating & comments since I've had many fave drama that were rated low here on MAL.
