im not sure if our FL and ML are related or not but based on some comments i read online, they will not be the end game and the title is kinda associated to that, . she will have a happy ending with the SML (jing) but ML has more screen time in the story and the author said the story is mostly abt ML and FL. nevertheless, im rooting for our FL and SML to be the end game !!! so her relationship with her leads r:
ML (cang xuan): he has a one sided love towards her (she doesnt like him romantically)
SML (tan shu jing): romance
another 3rdML (xiang liu): soulmate
another 4thML (chir shui feng long): fiance ( we should call them besties instead)
