So my favorite genre would definitely be romance and after watching a romance centric xianxia with great plot, mature leads, long and satisfactory HE I just can't seem to start a new drama or enjoy it to the fullest cause my standards are now high!
WOW! This drama was phenomenal! I really enjoyed a good mature romance with strong leads, especially the FL. The tension between them was so high from the beginning that even him patting the chicken in the first eps would give butterflies! And how can he, an ancient god, be so cute at times?! I don't know what to say or how to say all the good things that are on my mind right now! Totally recommend it
Guys how much romance is there? Currently I'm watching In Blossom and although I'm enjoying that, there's not much romance for me. I need something more!
I finished watching the last few episodes last night before I went to bed and I don't know how to put it into words...in short, I'm extremely heartbroken right now! I woke up today completely depressed as I cried my eyes out last night. Before I started I knew it was not a HE and I usually don't watch SE but I thought I could survive this... I couldn't! I think if it was only about the main couple dying I wouldn't be as devastated as now watching each and every one of them die in front of my eyes! Was it really necessary to kill them all?! After ALL they went through I think a HE even for some seconds was what they deserved for their loyalty but instead all they received was death... Anyway, the main couple romance was mature, beautiful and what I really want to see in a cdrama! Supportive, understanding, honest... really well written!
So I'm on ep 2, and I don't get it. I think I saw the ML in 2025 and then FL travels to 2018 (I don't know the story yet!) and encounters the ML? Did he also travel to 2018? If he was in 2025 shouldn't he already know the girl in that year? Sorry if my questions are quite basic, I'm not very good with time travel dramas
I wish I could give this more than 10! Leo Wu giving me butterflies every time he talked, moved a finger or just stared! Recently Love Me Love My Voice had the same vibe for me with great chemistry between leads and no serious or silly drama but I have to admit Amidst A Snowstorm of Love definitely had a better story, side characters and character growth! I enjoyed every second and didn't skip any scenes. The only complaint I have is about the FL constantly dodging kisses! I was like ok once or twice is cute but more than that?! If I was the ML I would have been annoyed!
I'm too obsessed with this couple, too bad I haven't seen them in any variety show Also, I want to see other dramas from Tan Jianci, but a happy ending romance drama with him as main lead isn't available. Hope he chooses more of this genre
I'm happy I gave this drama a try! Two smart (not cunning) straightforward (not with hidden agenda) people fell in love, knew what they wanted, voiced their love without hesitation, showed consistency regardless of difficulties and reached their happy-ever-after! What more do I need to enjoy a drama?!
Guys can you recommend any other bl novel like husky and his white cat ? Both great in romance and story, heartfelt ? I've tried some other famous novels but they were not as great as this one!
I'm on chapter 43 of the novel and it's a long novel which is no problem but I want to know if there's so much agony in this? By agony I mean when the 2 leads are against each other or apart due to misunderstandings
Everything was great except the sudden change in their relationship dynamics at ep 20. They were all about good friends and suddenly they start pecking on checks and saying cheesy lines... well that felt sudden to me!
