How far in are you because she is doing nothing to invade his life? She's allowed to like a guy lol
Yes they need to communicate and they need to understand each other which i think they do now. The process might be slow which is absolutely realistic, no one in the earth can change their habits quickly. Slowly but surely their relationship become more stronger than before. As we all can see yeon su started to say the things what she truly feels and ung started to understand her more than before.
1. It was not only because of her inferiority complex but also because her life was tough at that time, she had…
They both were childish, they both were immature, they both were selfish, they both were flawed, they both didn't know how to communicate and didn't know how to explain each other.
And there is a point in saying that "if he wasn't drunk" as it was not their 1st break up. They had so many break ups whether it was done by YS or Ung, they had and they did get back together many times. There was still a chance to get back together if that time he could hear that. No matter how immature, selfish, childish they both were, they never had an ego when it came to accept each other again despite their mistakes. They knew how to accept each other's faults and mistakes very well.

He went down a very unhealthy path because he thought he got abandoned again just like before not because he was depended on her. That's the main reason why this break up affected his life that much. He has abandoned issues! And is it that abnormal if a person finds his/her comfort person? Is it that unrealistic? I don't think so.

1. Yes, she did break up as she was afraid that he will show her inferiority complexes. That's why i said "not only" That's mean it was one of the cause but not the only cause. But didn't she later tell him all of her problems? Just imagine he was not drunk that time and heard what she said -- then nothing would happen.
2. "couldn't even sleep because he went through a very bad breakup"
- can you explain it why did you write this? When he himself told that he couldn't sleep and had bad dreams because he was abandoned when he was a kid not because of their break up.
Well this was fun till ep 6-8. It was different in its approach to deal with the characters and their arcs but…
1. It was not only because of her inferiority complex but also because her life was tough at that time, she had financial problems , she couldn't afford dating that time.. etc.. (ep 14) , 5 years ago , she clearly told him the reason of their break up. But he was drunk and dropped his phone before he could hear it.
2. His insomnia was not because of her but because of he was abandoned by his real dad. He had problem with sleeping since when he was 5 or 6 y/o and had bad dreams. But when yeon su was there , he didn't had any and he could sleep well. He never blamed her for that insomnia why do you all blame her ? Did he ever mention that he had insomnia because of her ??
Yes you missed out the part where they revealed that 5 years ago yeon su actually told ung about her financial problems and how miserable her life was. She actually told him that time the reason why she broke up with him and why she couldn't afford to date. But he replied her pretty harshly as he was drunk and dropped his phone before he could hear those and misunderstood her. As well , she also misunderstood him.
How far in are you because she is doing nothing to invade his life? She's allowed to like a guy lol
I don't think yeon su is selfish. She is more likely selfless but got stuck in her childhood. She never blamed anyone, not even ung, Even tho she did open up to him about her financial problems 5 years ago but got a pretty harsh reply from ung. But still she never mentioned it to him and kept it to herself. Again when her grandma asked her about their break up , she again blamed herself and didn't blame her grandma's situation. No matter how many times ung resented her after their meeting again , she never fight back to that nor she mentioned about that phone call and that harsh reply. Instead of that she defended him in that plagiarism case.
She always thought she was wrong and that's why i love her, she never blames others nor she thinks she was right , she valued ung a lot but she thought she didn't deserve that "happiness". If she was selfish then she never thought that way.
If she is selfish then she would lecture Ung when he said he has no ambition, he didn't go to college, he doesn't want to strive for success, he practically just want to be a bum . But She didn't say anything. She never told him to do better. Be better. She always supported him for what ung wanted to do.
Yeon Su never forced Ung to change, she loved ung for who he was. Except for that time she accompanied him to a salon to get a different hairstyle. (That is the only time i find that was 'her' wish). The things she forced Ung to do are actually aligned to what he wanted. He wanted to go to a university, she forced him to study. He wanted to sleep properly, she forced him to drink that terrible tea and to exercise. She forced him to go on a trip because she knew he wanted to go to the sea and he would rather stay with her than study abroad for 6 months. And the last... he wanted a stress-free life, so she broke up with him when she was going through a rough patch. Again after 5 years later... She didn't tell ung to change nor she expects ung to change but she tried her best to change herself.

I got to know her from there.

They kiss in the later chapter of the manga. So hoping for season 2 of this one where we can get the kisses.
But still it was cute and lovely!
