I don't think if you are into comedy dramas you will like that one. But yeah give that one a 2nd try if you want and when you will have a mood for serious dramas.

yeah because that wasn't a comedy drama and this one is. can you all stop comparing dramas which are fully different from each other and have no connection ? It's like compairing orange to apple or apple to banana.
You can praise a drama without bringing the other dramas down or involving the other dramas yk.

I love TSOM, that one hits so hard to me, it wasn't about magic, music or something but was about our dreams and that pathetic society.
As for this, i like the 1st 2 episodes but then i lost my interest in it, tho I'm still watching it, hoping that it will pick up my interest again for me.
I don't think there is even a similarity between these two except both ml are magicians. Both dramas are really different from each other, that was dark and this one is light hearted comedy. Ig that's why they say to each their own.

everyone has different opinions and preference in dramas so not sure if it will help you to decide whether to watch or not to watch a drama.
For me, it was amazing tho.

I don't know what you wanted to mean by entertaining but this drama is not a romance comedy nor a silly fun drama, it's rather about dark, harsh reality and stereotypes society (strictly no romance no comedy, rather it's sad some of the times but surprisingly it has a wow factor and it's beautiful). If this type of drama is your type then it will be entertaining for you, if this is not your type of drama then it won't be.
And for ending, it's a good beautiful ending, it's not a so called HE or BE.

It's not even a love triangle.
It was his stupid friend who puts in his mind that he loves her but actually he never had any that kind of feelings for her. He always cares for her and sees her as his *own sister* unlike LX who never saw her as *his sister* but always have a special (that kind of) kind of feelings for her. In simple way, LX can kiss LJJ but ZQ can never think of kissing her. I don't know if i can explain you well or not!

the writer really forgot that Yi Jin was also a main lead and we, audience care to know about him too 🙂
If the writer wanted, she could write a extra episode to show us his pov and his life.

I found it was. He was being considerate towards the fl and her ex bf relationship. He was talking about how he respects her relationship and he knows that they (fl and her ex bf) will make up again soon and so he doesn't want to express his feelings anymore. But then suddenly seeing the ex bf, he confessed. Again.. He said in his confession that he will wait to become her hero no matter how many years it will take, but even before the fl said yes to his confession he kissed her ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ the whole things was out of his character tho.
they don't even have any proper conversation about the dream, he didn't even know that the boy she was talking about is him (he said it himself), but suddenly without anything this all happened.
*i don't even want to talk the accident in the last episode, that was dramatic, the fl suddenly became dumb ಠ_ಠ
The writer went from - let's start relationship first then have conversation, when it needed to be - conversation first then thinking then confession.
