Both dramas have similar couple dynamics and sensuality. Both actors are very comfortable with each other and depict realistic scenes of romance and bonding. The series are high quality with lovely costumes and cinematography.

Both FLs are villains who would do anything to satisfy their ambition and their hunger for power. However, they're both extremely complex too, with tragic backstories explaining their motivations.

Same screenwriter, villainous FL, mostly morally grey characters and one of the main stories revolve around a big conglomerate/chaebol. Plot twists in nearly every episode.

The older brother steps up to take responsibility. Both are stories about siblings. In Brother Beat, the mother is still alive. Brother Beat has more comedic tone.
