The story of The Blood of Youth connects with Blood River. Although each drama focuses on different characters, the main stream of story is the same. For the timeline, Blood River happens before The Blood of Youth so those who do not want spoilers for Blood River should not watch The Blood of Youth before Blood River.

Both of these films have a commonality of showcasing the harsh, at times brutal realities of life, yet are not completely devoid of hope. While Better Days takes more of a romance angle, Orokamono no Mibun takes the found family angle. Both showcase humanity at its best and worst, in ways that feel raw and will leave viewers feeling reflective.

Mobius is less about romance and more on the mystery and sci-fi, but they both go in time loop. In “Oops! Almost broke up”, the main leads get stuck in one specific day and repeats not knowing when the day would move on, whereas “Mobius” gets stuck on different days, but each day repeats only 5 times.

Both dramas features a game like mission that they have to go through as well as time traveling. They would go in a loop if the mission fails.

What these two dramas have in common is, essentially, the presence of a strong female lead. In both cases we have an exeptional, attractive female figure that is going to change her life drastically (even though in different ways and due to different past events). Additionally, in both cases, there is a healty relationship. I'm talking about extremely green flags: the male leads support and stay by 'her' side. Finally, deeper themes are also developed in the two series: some characters are psychologically and emotionally well presented and analyzed (in particular Jung Soo Min and Hong Doo Shik).

It's both about mainly murder mysteries and the main role seeing ghost of the dead but in Jdrama the main role use these ghosts to solve their cases.
Border is amazing, a bit old but amazing and everything about it is lovely, a bit dark, with some comedy side like all jdramas!

Obsession & passion.

ML uses every gram of blackmail and cohersion in the book.

Both ML are unhinged and crazy in their own ways.

FL stood no chance against them.

ML are Mob gangsters.

Both ML fall madly in love with FL.

Both ML uses blackmail and force to get FL throughout this story.

Its the classic genre of Captive Love of the Mob Boss.

Hao Ran`s version of ML are way darker in the psychological aspect which gets more shown.
