This drama is full of intrigue, palace intrigue, and a glimpse into the warrior general portrayed by Liu Xue Yi. His mysterious charm, conflicts, integrity, and transformation from a vengeful man to a man of ideals are evident in this story. His co-star is Wu Jin Yian, playing Mei Lin, a strong and passionate woman who provides an ideal counterpoint to Murong Jing He's (Liu Xue Yi) personality.

Rivalry, making bets...
It is not a simple thing to like someone because... many times, we dare not say anything! "If first place is the only way to make you see me, then I will never lose to you before you fall in love with me."

So it's basically the perfected version of Addicted, much better production quality and writing, deeper connection, but similar setting. And sadly it's also sorta unfinished, but still absolutely worth the watch!

Enemies to lovers type of story. Liking someone in secret.

The novel is written by the same author... and I feel like both lean into a soft, emotional romance style with a bit mature love line.
And the visuals of both are great even though When I meet the moon isn't released yet
