If you're looking for another movie with two female friends who have a intersting friendship try Hana & Alice. It is a bit darker and deeper then Kamikaze Girls since it's a psychological drama.

Hana and Alice also has an anime by the same name!

I love Bl angsty drama's and for me personally, I think when it comes to the hiding and emotions part The cornered Mouse dreams of cheese is a great match with Theory of love. Both blend in with the girlfriend problems, although in the cornered mouse dreams of cheese one of the male leads is married. I think the tcmdoc is a more mature and adult version and TOF is more of a college version.

Both are about the main character pretending to be a con artist.
In BM the mc is a lawyer and in UTC the mc is part of the police.
Both are about crime and scamming.
BM is a South Korean drama while UTC is a Chinese drama.
