Both these dramas have a very similar feel. The pacing is very similar. Both dramas have alumni gatherings and chat groups to spread information. Both dramas have information on technology and business in China. There are scenes that are very familiar in colour and tone in both dramas. The romance in both dramas is healthy and nontoxic.

Both dramas feature a male lead that falls in love at first sight. Both dramas have a male lead that has been through trauma and was lost and angry for a bit before they found their path again. A female lead in both dramas it’s calm and intelligent and independent. The stories both have supporting characters that are well developed. The piercings are similar and the main romance is straightforward and healthy.

Both have very similar mature and positive approach to relationship. They have well written and developed characters and plots. They both have second leads that are interesting but don’t take up a large amount of screen time. There is medicine as a backdrop to the plot but isn’t the focus. They both have happy endings.

Technically, this won’t be anyone’s choice but I’d say…
- Both sacrifices for their twins and replace their position in the meantime
- Love blooms between the leads…
- please do add the remaining…

No gaming here, but both series have:

Green ML flags
Chinese history
A secret identity
Romance

The biggest difference is that in Arsenal Military Academy, you follow a young girl, who ends up crossing-dressing as her brother in the military (early 20th century/1900s) and finds someone special. There is also a lot of funny scenes.

Similar to this one, a woman who has a tough life at her company travels into a game - tricked by her idiot boss. Here, she finds real love.

Unlike "Love between Lines", she falls for an NPC, who only exists in the game.
