The ML has similar situation when their beloved is passing away and joined the investigation team to investigate why their beloved dies.
Both romance with a frenemies situation. But in like a palette only Jane thinks Dai hates her even tho Dai likes her. In like a palette I don't think they have a side couple though.
Both bl dramas the actors look very similar but more differences then similarities but I couldn't think of a better recommendation. In melody of secrets the main character has memory loss from a tragic accident, which limits his memories on his past lover, Tankhun. He gets a mail delivery one day with a diary that was once his. Tankhun and him meet up and find a body. Melody of secrets is really interesting so far but I'm not sure how they are going to end it.
well it is almost the same they are like twins lovely runner has music content and it is a heartwarming drama too , well soemtimes your head explote cause sometimes its imposible to understand but its still great :v
Both dramas are set in ancient period.
Both ML saw their family members betrayed and killed.
They both were planning since childhood to get revenge.
And the dramas were excellently executed

Frenemies to lovers and the characters are pretty similar. The starting episodes both line up with the fact that they have some scenes where for example, Jinn falls on J and they get really close, the main difference is that they are in different time lines and dare you to death seems to not have a side couple.
Japanese Latin dance champion Suzuki Shinya and Japanese standard dance champion Sugiki Shinya are both famous dancers. Although they are in different fields, their names differ by only one letter. Suzuki, who hates to lose, is irritated by being compared to the other dancer. One day, Sugiki suddenly invites Suzuki to "aim to be champion together in 10 Dances." 10 Dances is a competitive dance where dancers who have mastered both Latin and standard dance compete in a total of 10 dances.
Suzuki initially refuses Sugiki's proposal to teach each other and aim for the top because it seems too reckless. However, he is overwhelmed by Sugiki's provocative and competitive attitude and accepts in anger. The two are polar opposites in terms of personality and everything and they clash, but as they take lessons every day, they work hard together and gradually close the gap. Then, Suzuki gradually realizes that he is starting to be attracted to Sugiki.

In both stories, the characters develop a relationship over time, which gradually evolves into romantic feelings through close interactions. Additionally, separation, obstacles, and the possibility of reuniting form the shared theme of both narratives.
Pretty much same type of story:
- ML is powerful (in one mafia in one marshal) and obsessed with FL
- FL is powerless, kind of learned to love him but wants to leave and be free
- ML has nice sides but makes too many bad things
- FL is attacked by persons because of her relationship to the ML
- Time skip (for quite similar but not identical reasons)
