Both female leads undergo plastic surgery in order to make a new beginning in their life and get out of an unhappy marriage and the person in charge/helping them for the transformation is the male lead and romance interest.

Mostly turning from an unattractive to attractive girl and having a man that knows how she looked post becoming a beauty.

The main lead makes a complete makeover to revenge against the ones betraying them in the first place... complicated family and love matters are common in both. Temptation of an Angel is more tactical in the planning, while Birth of Beauty uses humor more

Very similar stories! Both have an overweight unconfident woman who gets into a car accident and has to get surgery, and becomes beautiful. I hugely recommend this Kdrama!

Han Tae Hee is the heir of a large company. He is suffering from broken heart syndrome due to psychological shock. To get the woman he loves back, he completely changes an unattractive and overweight Sa Geum Ran to beautiful Sa Ra. In the process, Han Tae Hee falls for Sa Ra. Besides this, Sa Geum is married to a man, who discredits her and along with his mistress, they pray on her downfall, automatedly getting her killed, or so they thought.

Blessed with good looks, Takano Kyohei, a college student, is always suffering from the unreasonable behavior of customers who want him and the sexual harassment of his store manager. Because of his hot temper, he loses his head on this occasion and is fired from his part-time job.

Then, one day, the glamorous owner, Ms. Nakahara, proposes, "I'll give you free board-and-lodging if you can turn my niece, Sunako, into a lady!" Kyohei and Toyama Yukinojo, Oda Takenaga and Morii Ranmaru, the other guys living together in the same boarding house, are enthusiastic, but the person who appears before the four of them is a spooky girl whose hair covers her face and who loves horror and vampires. And so, their tumultuous communal life begins.

In both dramas the main heroine changes identity and seduces a man who wronged her as a revenge. Both are a bit campy and over the top.

Sakahira Riku, a first-year high school student, is jokingly pushed on the shoulder by his friend Tasaki while swimming by the pool, and falls into the pool with Mizumura Manami, who is next to him. The next day, when he wakes up, he finds that his body has been swapped with Manami's. Both are confused and try everything to get back to normal, but nothing works. They are forced to desperately exchange information about their families, friends, club activities, etc. in order to play the role of each other.

A love story about a woman who falls in love with a man suffering from a split personality disorder, and the troubles she goes through because of this love. Aizawa Saki, who works for a trading company, was having an affair with her department chief, Okada, but decided she wanted to put an end to the relationship. On her way home after telling Okada it is over, Saki is surrounded by a gang of young boys. Luckily, Takagawa Ryo, a man with a piercing glance who happened to be there, rescues her, then steals some money from her wallet and walks away. The next day, a new employee, Mizuno Takumi, reminds her of him. Saki thinks that it can’t be the same man.

Its premise reminds me alot of birth of a beauty. Both have significant others who betrayed their trust for a women and they decide to get revenge on them

Yumeko used to be bullied for being bigger than other girls, but after she almost dies in an accident and awakens with no memories, she decides to turn her life around?by living happily in her own skin and even going after the one she loves.

Feeling wronged by their former significant other, the main leads of both dramas sought revenge through manipulation and charm with the help of a 'soon-to-be' romantic interest!
