Narcissistic Kayo

In this episode, Kayo stole and read Oshin’s letter and hid it from her, and went to the meeting place instead of her, after getting mad at Oshin and breaking off their ‘friendship’. At this point, I found Kayo so annoying.First, were they really equal ‘friends’ in their relationship, when she always acted like she was the boss? And indeed, Kayo is Oshin’s boss!Second, who gave her the right to read Oshin’s letter without her consent, if Kayo really saw Oshin as a friend, instead of her servant? Yeah, Kayo got mad because Oshin had been hiding her meeting with Kota, but why shouldn’t she tell anyone about her private meetings? She has the right to tell no one about her private life. Kayo has no right to meddle in Kota and Oshin’s relationship when he’s never hers in the first place. In fact, it was Oshin who met him first, and he only has eyes for Oshin.Also, this episode reminds me of an old story that my mom told me when she was young. Some guys sent a lot of letters to her, but her so-called ‘friends’ in her village back then hid everything, and she only found out the truth many years later. That’s when she stayed single for a long time.I guess these kinds of things happened a lot back in the days when mobile phones, the internet or social media didn’t exist yet. People would easily lose in touch with each other over a misunderstanding.
