The dynamic of Shin Hongo and Shin Ichimonji reminds me of Kouga and Rei from GARO.
The AUGs of the Shin Kamen Rider movie remind me of Garo's Horror.
GARO is known for their awesome choreography so if you enjoy the fight scenes of the movie then this series would be a treat.
The factory fight of Ichigo and Nigo has the perfect equivalent.

Very Dark Tokusatsus aimed for a more mature audience.
-Both Kaiju/Enemies in these two kill humans in brutal ways. Both contain graphic violence, and the use of alcohol.
-Mature themes, both are not for children.
-If you like Tokusatsu grim dark, give these two a try. If you still like lighter and softer go watch Sailor Moon or Super Senttai.

After finishing the battle in Claire City, Ryuga was heading toward Line City in order to purify his armor. However, what spread out before him was a vast desert. In Sagan, a city that had barely escaped desertification, a massive outbreak of Horrors threw the city into chaos. Appearing in the city to save it from this crisis were Ermina, a Makai Priestess of the Dragon Clan, and Rian.
While traveling with Ryuga toward Claire City, Rian had been summoned by Ryume and was carrying out a different mission. An overwhelming surge of Horrors, a powerful enemy clad in discarded waste, and an unidentified Makai Knight who attacks indiscriminately. On top of that, the mysterious Makai Priest Rector draws ever closer to Ryuga.
Amid the increasingly chaotic battles, Ryuga and Rian are guided back into a fated reunion. After the fighting ends, Ryuga witnesses the drastically changed state of his old ally, Ryume. And as Ryume’s life comes to an end, he foretells that a great calamity will soon be unleashed upon the world. Determined to stop it, Ryuga and Rian rise to take action, but what awaits them is a cruel destiny they must bear as protectors.
The battle that will shake the fate of both Ryuga and Rian now begins.

Both are modern day fantasy stories with magic and superheroes.
The two shows each take a similar approach to its villains with demonic creatures taking over the bodies of normal humans after crossing a moral line/falling to despair. Only in Wizard this is not instantaneous and the victim is allowed to fight back or be saved by the hero.
The lead females of both shows also show similarities in their stories with the hero fighting to keep them alive and relationships with her father being examined.
