Well-Intended Love

Not gonna lie, when I started this drama I was lowkey obsessed. I knew it was cliché and totally common but I actually enjoyed it.

Around episode 9-10 though that ALL changed. Everything was good until the whole plot did a 180 and that's when I started to dislike it. This was when it switched from my watching out of enjoyment to watching just to get to the end. If they had just ended the season after episode 9, then I probably wouldn't have started disliking certain characters.

I honestly think that the writers didn' t know what else to do, so they decided to create a bunch of random plot twists and take turns drawing them from a hat. Well.. that was a BAD IDEA. I didn't like it. They really shouldn't have done that.

And I didn't mention that trying to say he was too drunk is ridiculous. A man in love would not put himself in that position, to begin with. A woman can't force a man. Unless it is rape it takes two to tango. A man in love wouldn't care if his woman had been 'spoiled'. He would want to find her at all costs because she is a human being in danger because of him. I am going to continue to watch because I am so hoping that this was just some trick to fool the bad guy. The husband is a sleazebag. you spend the whole movie trying to convince the audience how much in love the husband is, and she gets kidnapped, and right off the bat he goes out to a bar and lets another woman fool around with him. That's not even close to love.

I actually really liked this one...more than I'll admit to myself. I loved mostly every scene between Xia Lin and Ling Yizhou. They have great chemistry and definitely portrayed that "dream marriage" very well. I enjoyed the kiss scenes in the skinship a lot. Xu Kai Cheng is very handsome and this show makes that apparent every chance it gets. My favorite character was probably Chu Yan, Yizhou's best friend. He was funny, charming, and added the lightheartedness and humor that the show needed at times. I also liked Yizhou's assistant. He seemed dull at times but I think his character developed nicely in the end. I didn't like the antagonists at all, which is good I guess because you're not supposed like the villains anyway. An Ran became kind of annoying towards the end of the series and Jin Tian was pretty good at first but became laughable in the last episodes. I'm not going to say any spoilers about the plot twist but just know that it is low-key problematic.not only that but I feel like the main conflict was resolved way too quickly.it didn't ruin the show for me but it just wasn't realistic with the way it played out. I ended up watching the series twice and I literally never do that with any show so damn I guess I like this. It's like a guilty pleasure for me. Overall I give it an 8/10

Xu Kaicheng and Simona Wang really match each other in this drama. XU KAICHENG when flirted Simona Wang, THE BESTTTT!!

Other person character is good too. But i felt the ending is a little rush. Hope season2 will make more their lovey dovey side.

I really like this drama because they placed POV at the end for each episode. My favorite scene is :
1. EP 08 when Xia Lin back to home after Yizhou said don't enter his room again
2. EP 18 POV when Yizhou miss Xia Lin

Lovely romantic drama

I love it. Xu Kai Cheng did Great work also look handsome this is real romantic drama . Simona Wang look beautiful in main role when I see firts episode I was thought. Its just a normal drama not so much but. When I saw second and third episode my interest is increased and moving to see more episodes the songs is also loveable the chemistry between xu Kai Cheng and Simona Wang is osm and it's lovely to see them together. The chemistry of liu jia xi and huang qian shou is also fantastic in the end i just want say it's fantastic romantic drama

I watched S-1&2 and I couldn't stop laughing while watching the funny episodes. Ling Zhou is really hot. He is perfect for his role an arrogant, smart, rich and successful business man but has a good heart. Xia Lin is very nice , sexy and beautiful and perfect for her role but needs more comfort zone on kissing scenes.. Wen Li and Fefie are perfect good looking couple , very funny and great on kissing scenes. . Chu Yan and Mengmeng are beautiful couple . I would love to see them all in more shows. All the casts did great. More power to you all and can't wait to more seasons.

This drama can go in two ways. Some people feel disgusted by the plot and others feel warm and fuzzy inside after watching. This may have only been me, but I was in between the whole time.

Beginning ep 1-6:
When I started this drama was a perfect cliche, but I happen to love cliches so it worked out well; the wealthy businessman, the illness and the marriage contract where they fall in love. It was cute and I liked it, the main cast had so much chemistry and I loved the side characters too.

Middle ep 7-14:
This is where things start. First, we have another cliche *spoiler* car crash and then amnesia. Pretty basic though and I wasn't worried. Episode 10 and 11 are where people choose their sides. A crazy plot twist turns a majority of people against the main male lead. and i agree:
He's possessive, creepy and overall seems to be toxic, but the show almost portrays it as true wonderful love at first sight. It's not. Don't recommend if you can sense these details even with a cover-up as love. But I kept watching.

they get back together, i know so unexpected
after that things happen but it's still very cliche and kidnapping and trickery, all that fun stuff

Ending 15-20:
I didn't really concentrate on it because I was disturbed, but there were some cute moments that made me doubt my disgust. Surprise! A child is born and it's a happy ending (or so we're told)

Honest opinion:
Many people say this is a cute, heartwarming show and they recommend it. I understand because I thought so myself but after the twist, I was unable to rethink anything. The beginning is very misleading to their relationship and I personally would not recommend it to the soft-hearted or anybody suffering from a toxic relationship. Overall the acting was wonderful as it fully disgusted me and made me feel horrible for the female lead, the music was not super memorable, but after watching, I would never be able to watch it again, especially given that I usually don't rewatch any shows except the forgettable web dramas

There was so many times during this show where I literally sat here and said “this show is f*king stupid” lmao. I understand where everyone was coming from with the spoiler of her finding out about her illness because obviously dude is mad crazy and she’s even more wild for forgiving him. There was literally no point to this whole story. It was like watching a Thai Lakorn in Chinese. Lmaooo. It was literally like a slap and kiss except they were actually really sweet but there was kidnapping and betrayal and attempted murder, like bruhhh. Lmao. I binged watched this show because I was bored and had nothing better to do but there was also a huge part of me that has to just keep pushing through because there were sweet moments, I was in it for the kisses for sure and the acting was not terrible at all, but god the show was honestly horrible! Lol. Like I sat here and was like what did I even watch? Like this show had potential and 20 episodes was perfect but I swear, I think I lost brain cells watching this. I’m not a huge fan of the main male lead because I watched him in I cannot hug you and I thought he’d be better in this show but he was not. Everyone else wasn’t bad at all; so if I’m gonna be honest, this show is pretty bad, like it had potential to be good and it ended up crashing and burning. But will I recommend you watch it? Honestly yeah. To kill time, to relieve your curious mind since you probably read millions of reviews in this show like I did; I wasn’t satisfied at all but glad to get it off my list. I wasn’t even disappointed; I was just like not surprised. Lol.
