Min Su, a playboy who believes there's no true love, can't stand long-term relationships. However, the fate takes him to a dazzling beauty, Hye Won, who just escaped from the boring hospital. She leaves a strong impression on Min Su. Again, chased by a nurse, as Hye Won sneaks into the men's room at the hospital, their 2nd encounter is made. And Min Su gets totally captivated by this bold lady, although Hye Won tries to resist him worrying that their love might expire soon due to her terminal disease.
They show different ways of interpreting the disease that everyone is born with and that's death. Although it may seem shallow or boring it has meaningful and heart-warming sequences and you could give it a try! :)
It is about a strong love that can cross any obstacles. Although the story is different the power of love depicted here is similar to that in A Millionaire's First Love. ;) You should definetely see it!
Both is about tragic love and hope. You will cry so much, so be prepared. On many many many tears. Beautiful movies! :')
It isn't the storyline which makes those movies similar, but the fact that both are tragic movies. Plus they have an awesome scenery. A Millionaire's First Love is shot in a way that you can feel this wonderful atmosphere and so is Classic.
This movie called more than blue has same vibes. Instead here male lead was suffering and the end has bit similarities with a millionaire's first love. ! Both depicting love w friendship !

but the male protagonist are rich and in the begging, they abuse from it. 100 days with mr. arrogant is less deep than a millionaire's first love but its a little bit alike. Though 100 days with mr. arrogant is funnier and has a lighter plot. It's still a really good movie to enjoy. But it might not make you cry...
Having replied to a wicked post on her school website, Ye Won keeps getting a threatening call from a boy named Ji Eun Seong. Having heard about him from her friend, she keeps running away from him. But they kissed accidentally when Ye Won was trying to escape from him. Having his lips stolen by Ye Won, Eun Seong threatens her to marry him, adding that no other girl has ever kissed him before. The only thing Ye Won can do is obey whatever Eun Seong says. At first, Ye Won just hates him the most for his self-righteousness and unreasonableness. But she gradually finds herself starting to fall for him.
