When XY thought she saw her mother. Ngl this is the scene I cried the most, even more than XY's "death".

Same for me.  Her pain of being abandoned  and unloved is so real. This scene is just heart shattering and heartwarming at the same time with her gege giving her a tight hug.  I'm tearing up as I'm typing a response.

I cried so hard when I first read this part in the novel and even more watching it play out in the show. These "mom don't abandon me" scenes always get to me especially because of how close I am to my own mother.
