Hand to hand combat
Violent, but the hand to hand combat is impressive. Gun violence too - yikes. Story moves at a quick pace. “Visuals” are great. That’s the code word for good-looking leads. Acting is believable and you feel for the dilemma of the ML. I didn’t binge watch this movie because of the violence, but that’s best anyway.Was this review helpful to you?
So predictable
The ending was way too predictable. The movie as a whole wasnt bad, I just didnt like how it ended. Throughout the whole movie I was hoping my prediction was wrong but nope....I was right. Like why did it have to end that way? He didnt have to die....so many chances the story could have written for him to survive and claim asylum in the south. Absolutely unnecessary death. Top did a great job in his role...nailed it!As far as rewatch value.......its one of those movies that once was enough.

Aside from the great acting, I don't what else to say
This is a spy movie involving North Korea, which is definitely not my cup of tea. I was expecting something more but the plot remain flat from start to end.Commendation though to the great acting of the casts. The characters was given justice although the plot isn't much interesting. Choi SeungHyun's acting is superb (T.O.P on top), the expressions and the emotions he portrayed is so realistic and of course the action scenes.
Overall, it was a good drama to pass time on. Maybe I'm not just really into this kind of movies that's why I find the plot boring but all the executions are done skillfully so still a great job for everyone made the movie possible. VIPs come and watch it.

What A Let Down
This movie was a total let down! I know Korean movies aren't that strong and this is why....The main male actor was stuck in some kind of camp. His father turned on his country and in order to make things right he decided to become an assassin? ? This is what I got from the first 10 minutes of the movie. I should've stopped there but I gave it the benefit of the doubt.
This movie had so many plot holes! I don't understand how they were able to complete this.
As I mentioned the main male lead was trained to be an assassin. There's no mention of his training none whatsoever. They just show him in a camp then he has an adoptive family who knows he's an assassin because I'm guessing they were assassins too or just crooked step parents...I couldn't figure it out because they get killed and there's no mention why.
The main lead finds out he has a sister...this came from out of nowhere as well. He tries to rescue her but is wanted by the police because they want to send him back because his father was a spy... Everyone around him dies....it's just a whole mess.
I tried to explain this the best way that I could but this is how the movie was-a big jumbled mess. There was nothing promising about this movie! Absolutely nothing. I believe this is about the 4th Korean movie I've ever seen and it makes me want to steer clear of Korean movies for some odd reason. And for the life of me I don't understand how some reviewers gave this high marks because it didn't deserve any!

Je dois dire que «Commitment» ne fut pas ce que j’espérais. Je n’ai rien contre les films d’action, j’adore en voir ! Mais vu le résumé, je m’attendais à ce que la relation entre le frère et la soeur soit mise plus en avant qu’elle ne le fut. Malheureusement, le film débute assez rapidement, sans avoir vraiment la chance de s’attacher aux personnages qui devraient être au centre de l’histoire. Pour les scènes d’action, ça, ce film n’en manque pas, et elles sont prenantes. C’est juste que je déplore que ce qui m’a attiré vers ce film ne soit au final que très peu présent : la relation entre le frère et la soeur. Malgré tout, c’était un film sympa, surtout pour les fans d’action, ou j’imagine, les fans du groupe Big Bang, vu que le héros de l’histoire est incarné par un des membres. De mon côté, disons que c’est surtout la déception qui me reste, même si c’était intéressant, ce n’était pas ce que j’espérais.
