Letting go of old grievances

This drama gave me a warm feeling as well as a caution. The plot of this drama is very simple. What interests me is the complexity of relation that is shown with utmost care. ML has a hidden trauma whereas FL grew up in a family of love, their connection brought change in their lives.

Characterization of this drama is really good. What I liked about it is that the supporting characters added value, so was the development of main characters. Both ML and FL faced what they were trying to sweep under the rug.

This drama as an example of a life lesson is worth watching. At the end, it conveyed the meaning that understanding others and letting go of old grievances is a part of life. The cases ML and FL worked together gave an overview of how ordinary people in everyday life deals with various problems regarding relationship and life.

The theme of this drama is unique and it has a huge spectrum. It dealt with the very basic yet complicated question- ‘is marriage the end of love?’, ‘does harbouring hate and anger worth it’ so on and so forth. It gave me a sense of understanding and a foundation to ask questions. Every life and every relation is unique in its own way- that's what I learnt and liked.

The only drawback is that it's a long drama and there are some unnecessary side plots. But if anyone likes a drama about life and relationships this should be a good example.

I enjoyed this tremendously for the concept of mediation as a tv show. I thought it to be very good writing and the way it flowed and engaged. I did very few skips. The cases, it’s resolutions were thoughtfully planned out and with plenty of food for thoughts afterwards. I’m thinking, wow this can save people court/lawyer fees. However, you gotta be brave to ‘air’ your business that becomes publicly others. It’s certainly a family show with so many slices of life. There were lots of thought provoking concepts I thought deeply about. One such is parenting, whereas children look to them as their idols (mostly I believe), yet there’s much more going on in some that meets the eye. Some parents carry big scars. Yes, very good writing. What wasn’t so good is the fluff in the romance side. Yes it’s definitely there, three couples. They each developed to stir in us something but no shaking emotions. Surprisingly for me who is heavy on romance demand’s didn’t mind too much as I enjoyed as mentioned. If you have the patience for this kind of family drama, it really is an excellent one, thus my high scoring.

Here’s another first for me. The music. Like the Hawaii Five-O older catchy theme music, I always looked forward to this ones and bops to it. Then, there are two songs sung brought in during those climatic moments. Both are very good but the one by female artist is so beautiful. After a great episode, I’d linger on just letting the soothing song sink in. I have no idea what it’s saying (no translation) but it’s fine, it touches deeply. I’ll later find out but that is one beautiful voice. Oh yeah, can’t forget to give credit to cast. Mature cast, perfectly selected…bravo.
