Great cast
One of 1st Kdramas that i watched and i really enjoyed it. you can feel their pain and love which is a big plus point for me.All the actors were great, however Oh Jung-se was on another level. Every single scene of him i was amazed of how well he is performing. So realistic. I loved him so much. I loved his bond with Seo Yea-ji in the series. it was so fun to watch.
i loved how the characters were far from being perfect and full of flaws which was beautiful.
N the Villain gave me chills to be honest. So mischievous n evil.

HEAVY
this is such a healing drama for me :’) they complimented each other so well. a girl who doesn’t care about her emotions and a guy who bottles up his. two troubled person finding solace, warmth, and comfort with each other :’) i just didnt like the usual cliche “childhood friends” it still would have been good without that but doesn’t really take away from the beauty of this series. the casting is so good, NO ONE could have played munyeong and gang tae better than yea ji and soo hyun. the ost are soooo amazing and catchyWas this review helpful to you?
Beautiful
Since this show had such an unique atmosphere, extraordinary actors, superb OST and fairy tale feeling, im giving it absolute 10/10. I loved it, really i watched it alone once and then again with my girlfriend and she loved it too. There is one flaw though.
Since there us plenty of people talking about how good it is (and it was) im gonna talk about the flaw which bothers me a little in this show and thats the disorder FL has. I dont know what its called but its some kind of sociopathy and i dont really think that its curable. Even though its a healing drama, i dont think this is healable. This spoils a little bit the message in the end because if it was reality i believe this realationship would end very very bad... I think many people overlook this cause FL is such a beautiful person but it kind of send wrong message. She behaves really mean like REALLY MEAN sometimes but because she is beautiful and cute is it ok to overlook that? The show us so good but this was bothering me a little. It sends a wrong message really.

Good Representation of Mental Health.
I’ve been watching kdramas for a very long time and I’ve watched every genre and tone that kdrama has to offer, kdrama has quite a lot of cliches but still some of them are really good. It’s okay to not be okay is one of those few dramas that keeps you hooked and has a completely different setting rather than the ordinary romantic dramas. The show captures each point beautifully and keeps you wanting more. This show is not your regular kdrama. It has something different about it (in a good way) that makes it one of my favourites. The chemistry between the leads is one of the most captivating part of the show. I like how the emotions are potrayed in this drama. Every character has a different story to tell and the writers, directors have done a beautiful job in bringing out those emotions. Even the actors have acted beautifully. Kim soo hyun’s acting is so perfect here, he brings out the reality ij every scene to the point where you actually start feeling his emotions. Oh Jung-se is another highlight of the show, playing an autistic character such beautifully and he never fails to astound us. Seo Ye-ji playing a cold hearted woman but yearning for love is beautiful. I highly recommend y’all to watch this show. Trust me it will not be a waste of your time. 😉Was this review helpful to you?

Wow! This drama is something. The acting is top notch, there are simply no words, you just want to believe it! Especially the actor who played Sang Tae, just damn... how did he manage to play such a role so accurately! Incredible. As for the plot. There are a lot of exciting moments. At first I thought that there would be no comedic moments in this drama, but there were, as well as many sad and touching ones. I cried even at the very beginning, although I usually cry only at the climax of the plot. Oh, and those kisses! Real, passionate, not what is usually. Definitely worth watching! My first ever kdrama
This is the show that got me into kdrama, the cast, acting and story everything was amazingBoth leads are my fav now
As for the supporting cast everyone puut forth a great performance but the one I liked the most was Oh jun se's character his acting was one of the best I've seen recently
I would highly recommend this to everyone who haven't watched any other korean show before
Once you finished this you can move onto Doctor slump and Business proposal those are my second best picks, the ones that I watched.

AMAZING.
This was my second-ever kdrama, right after CLOY so this masterpiece holds a special place in my heart. It's still one of my favorite dramas of all time. This drama is different and unique and that's part of the appeal, it's kinda dark and yet not, it's realistic with a touch of fantasy ambiance at the same time. The highlight of the show is without a doubt ML's brother Moon Sang Tae, who portrayed his autistic character astonishingly well. I've found in most dramas featuring autistic characters the show can be overrated simply because people appreciate an autistic lead, while the show itself may not offer much else - that's not at all the case here, the high rating is without a doubt deserved. I've never been so moved by a character, and that character's relationship with his brother, than I have in this drama. Watch it for that reason alone. The one fault I did have with this show was for me as a psychology major, the whole "redeemable psychopath" thing got on my nerves a bit. In reality someone with FL's psychopathy traits would not possess any remorse or desire to change, period. Psychopathy cannot be treated, and I wish they'd been a little more careful with this. I did think it was a creative touch how they tried to relate her lack of ability to read people to Moon Sang Tae's autism (although also very inaccurate).
Even with those faults my rating wasn't affected because the show is otherwise so moving and well done. It's without a doubt a must-watch, just go into it with an open mind and try to see past the FL.

Superb!
Great Korean drama. Slow burn and well worth it. The two main actors are drop dead beautiful but they also make the drama amazing with there acting. I love the story. For me it was about acceptance of people and how difficult it can be for some to blend in. People who have mental illnesses are often in there heads all the time. ‘Unwantingly selfish usually Its all about them …(understandibly) This drama tackles that part. Nobody can truely change but there is always hope! The struggle to find balance is clearly demonstrated here. Loved it! good job to the writers, directors and actors who kept it real and relevant. There is a ‘light’ love aspect to the story but it flows within the theme and does not take over the story. it shows us that mental illness or not love is am emotion we often don’t get! Very good dramaWas this review helpful to you?
A truly wonderful journey
It's Okay to not be Okay (사이코지만 괜찮아) is a story I won't forget. It feels like in some ways it will stay with me forever. I can't really say why as I don't want to spoil anything for it would be a shame to ruin the experience for others. Suffice to say there were many parts of the story I could relate to and I felt like I was able to change and grow with the characters, even if only a little.I was a big fan of the cast and it was the reason I started this. Kim Soo-Hyun and Oh Jung-Se have both been great in other shows, and that's just the start. Park Gyu-Young, Kim Chang-Wan, Kim Mi-Kyung, Jang Young-Nam, and Kwak Dong-Yeon are all excellent too. I haven't seen Seo Yea-Ji before but now I know why she's so popular and she became of of my favourite actresses right away.
Every character has a purpose and a story to tell which in some way affects the main trio. Those little stories are woven together with different family tales and well known stories to create a unique and captivating tale. Of what? You'll have to see.
Production is top notch too, from set design to costumes right down to the fairy tale booms written and illustrated specifically for this show. Music and songs fit the scenes so well that later they could evoke an emotional response and set the tone for upcoming scenes all on their own.
Are there any less-than-stellar moments or tropes in here? Sure. If you've seen enough drama you'll see the patterns and know how things will play out and when. But that is nowhere near enough to take away from the whole experience.
A big part of magic lies of this drama in the discovery of it. So it might not be a perfect show to watch again and again for that reason. But I know I will watch it again when I need to feel the way this drama made me feel.

Just made my days happier ! :)
This was so well done!! The story is quite unique and I like that it's realistic to a point. I felt there was some repetition somewhere in the middle of the story when they kept going back and forth but I seriously enjoyed it overall. The cast is awesome, The acting is incredibly well done. The emotions were perfectly conveyed. I laughed, cried, got excited and had my heart flutter in just one episode multiple times,
All in all, this drama made my days better. Thank you everyone ! Will keep loving and supporting you ! :)

10 stars because trauma
Like all the others I fall in love with, I ask again, why did I put off watching this. All the ones I love sit in my watchlist for quite some time before I actually watch them. But then I have way too many on my watch list but man. LOVED the mental health representation. This one was so relatable in many aspects. The villain of the story still couldn't get past my ADHD character analysis brain, so I called it pretty early on. There was a couple times I said "oh didn't see that coming." so I give them props for that.Cried and if you have read my one other review then you will know that's a favorite of mine so if you too enjoy crying, and you too have trauma, definitely worth the watch.

The story itself is very fresh. Mental health could be one of the most difficult And challenging topics i guess to be shown in full length drama, but i can tell this drama will make a huge success. I can tell the cliche and the trauma of the leads already but they will certainly give justice to this in the end.
I have never wished for a drama to just reveal the whole 16 episodes already in one day but i certainly did on this one.
