Nothing Special But Worth Watching
I'm honestly immersed in this show. The FL's disease is f*cking weird but they didn't pretty much focused on that so I was cool with it. The backstories are relevant enough to not skip them.Although I skipped the scenes of the SFL and SML I regretted it eventually cause latter on I found them amusing and really funny. There's not much love triangle to look forward or I should say its kinda boring. What caught my attention is actually the leads moments as they worked together.
Acting skills by the leads were great but disappointing for the other characters cause they screwed up literally.
Im not the kind of person to rewatch this kind of drama so I gave a low score but I definitely recommend to watch this show.

Amazing Love Story
Bai Lu never fails me in all her acting. I'm impressed with the Male Lead's acting skills too. Both are doing great and their love story is just incredible.Usually, I was never a fan of boss employee dramas. But this one had be obsessed at the first episode. I feel you're still hesitating, I would say GO FOR IT. The chemistry between the 2 main leads is absolutely sizzling, and you don't have to worry about awkward or dead fish kisses. The kiss scenes are ?? AMAZING. I am also a major Luo Yunxi fangirl and was just squealing every time he came on screen

Unique features
the story is very basic of a Bossy ED and an Intern falling in love, but the fact that they’re childhood sweethearts is so cool. The actors on the other hand have done an amazing job showcasing their best work and professionalism. They main lead leo and Bai lu have an amazing chemistry! Even the side main roles Riley Wang and Kido Gao have done an amazing job.Overall everything about the drama is perfect for now. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Hope it gets the love it deserves. Love the chemistry
This the only cdrama that made me download all its OST... i super love their soundtracks. Aside from the ost, I really love the story line of this drama, alergic to tears is unusual but they pull it through. Maybe some scenes is not that necessary, I do admit that I have skipped some scene coz it bores me, but with the main characters, they have feelings, I mean, I could feel their emotions they want to show. I couldn't say much coz I dont to spoil this drama, but one thing I could assure you that this is worth your time. Well, compared to kdramas that more than an hour of streaming, I still prefer to watch this. Anyways, it's worth your time, dont worry. This is a must-see drama also.Was this review helpful to you?
As a general viewer & As a shipper
As a general viewer:This drama is not flawless, but I can hardly pay attention to any flaws because the casts and the production are AMAZING. It is the first c-drama that managed to pull me away from k-drama land. It is THAT AMAZING. Romcom with the right amount of angst. No long dragging misunderstanding / love triangle. OTP being 'us against the world' most of the time. I know people dislike the soundtracks but I think some of them are good. Overall score 9.5 but what I really meant was 9.95 - almost very very close to perfection!

wonder if yunlu ever thought of coming this far since the day they said yes to their roles.
nobody can survive this ship srsly its either we successfully sail to the happily ever after land or we go down with the ship (in case it sinks - BUT IT WONT). YUNLU 3RD DRAMA WHEN!?

Love is sweet é o suco do romance, então se você não gosta muito de romance e prefere que a história foque em outros assuntos eu não recomendo love is sweet, mas se você quer ver algo romântico, love is sweet é definitivamente para você.Pra ser sincera, as histórias de outros personagens como o Du Lei são bem entediantes e chatas, confesso que quando reassisti eu pulei TODAS as cenas dele, a personagem secundária Xu Li é engraçada, porém se humilhou muito pelo Xiao Chuan, além de ter cenas que você realmente pensa sobre o que diabos se passa já cabeça dela, como na cena que a Jiang Jun vai para o hospital e ela pensa que só porque o Yuan Shuai era namorado da Jun ele tinha que acompanhar cada passo que a amiga dela dava, mas num geral ela é bem divertida e engraçada, só que ela realmente se parece mais com uma adolescente de 15 anos do que uma adulta que deve beirar os 28 anos.
Jiang Jun é uma protagonista que eu gostei muito, ela não se humilhou em nenhum momento pelo protagonista, em algumas cenas ela era meio infantil, mas isso é típico de romances, nada diferente.
O Yuan Shuai também é um protagonista muito engraçado, sinceramente acho que ele deu as cenas mais engraçadas da série, ele amava a protagonista desde a infância e como namorado ele a tratou muito bem.
Du Lei foi o personagem que eu mais odiei na trama inteira, a cena dele tentando beijar a Jiang Jun mesmo ela deixando claro que não queria foi sinceramente o que mostra o real caráter dele, no início parece ser só um empata foda, no final é alguém desprezível pra caralho.

Leo Luo who played Yuan Shuai did an awesome job with this character. I still have to get used to Leo Luo playing a role such as this one. I did see another fantasy drama with Leo Luo playing a spirit of sorts and that was ok. This was better. I really didn't like him in Ashes of Love and I did throw a shoe at my tv for him playing a bad part that's how convincing he was. lol, I like to see more of him playing these kinds of roles.
Bai Lu who played Jiang Jun, wow she is just a great actress period. She is one of my top female actresses. The roles she performs are all believable, she owns those characters. I love seeing her in action dramas. She is just great!
Kido Gao who played Du Lei, was okay, just didn't feel him in this character.
Shane Xiao who played Xu Li, made me laugh with this character, she was right for this role.
Riley Wang who played Li Xiao Chuan, my first time noticing him, that dimple! need to see more from him.
Everyone else did their part to make the story work. Thank you to the writers, producers, directors, and music.

Love is really Sweet
Wow this series was totally amazing, and i just have to say that Luo Yunxi was supper HOT in this series. his whole character was played really and story flowed through really nicely, there was no dragging out and no unnecessary dialogue. There was also some really funny parts to this series, and lighthearted humor, RW role was played really well and having two serious good looking man on anyone screens is definitely worth watching.I did enjoy the story as well and Bai Lu character was a very strong Female role, however she didn't come across as not what to beloved she had that faith in her and the Luo was exceptional in supporting and always being with her, there were times i did think she would go overboard and make him sweat for no reason but the two characters complimented each other.
What I liked most of this series was that the story unfolded and got straight to the point, there was no unnecessary drama, and everything happened as it should have.
A SERIES WELL WORTH WATCHING
Especially seeing LY in his racing gear and OMG in his suit and tux the man was HOT !!!!

A LIGHTHEARTED LOVE STORY
I found myself addicted to this show and I try so hard to comprehend why.I think I got it.
The story line is CLEAR and so easy to follow because of a GREAT script and the great chemistry of ALL FOUR MAIN CHARACTERS WITH EACH OTHER. Bail Lu and Shane Xiao were magnificent in Legends, and I think they NAILED their friendship on screen. I wonder why people never mention such chemistry. Luo Yunxi surprised me immensely with his acting. I had NO IDEA he was so capable and MULTIFACETED.
The story is original, fresh, with an undertone of real life rather than shakespearean tragedy.
Critics might point little details out, like an overall sense of anti-homosexuality, but I think is the price to pay to come out with such gems.
The real value of this show : US AUDIENCES CAN RELATE TO IT.

100/100 Stars, rewatching it again and again (no lies)
What do I say about this beautiful drama? This drama is so realistic, like it's so real and doesn't even have that taste of fiction. And just how much fun were they having on set because it didn't feel like acting but playing, I love their bickering and it was the the thing that kept me going because I thought it will become boring once they start dating but nope, it's the more the merrier. I still don't know why some think this drama is bad when it isn't, it dealt with with what each of us pass through in our daily lives, be it love, friendship, loss, control and obsession and that's why I said it is realistic. If you're thinking of not watching or dropping it when I guess you want to miss out on a great drama by great actors,like Bai Lu can really ace any role she's giving and let's not forget about Leo Lu, that man is so damn talented, both are one great versatile actors and I hope to see their future projects together in the future.Was this review helpful to you?
