Love that transcends time
I was intrigued by the reviews of this drama being a healthy romance so I decided to give this one a try and I wasn’t disappointed.I admired and felt the chemistry between the two leads right from the start. This couple was one of the more relatable couples that I’ve ever encountered in dramaland and I looked forward to what the new episode would bring.
However, I was wondering how this drama could be 28 episodes when their feelings progress and showcase rather quickly but I soon got my answer: prolonged drama and misunderstandings. The couple do go through trials and tribulations to be together and avoid hurting each other but thankfully, our leads managed to stick it through and that’s what I appreciated about the romance in this drama.
As for the secondary characters, I didn’t like the supporting lead couple as much as I’d hoped. I couldn’t understand Gu Xiaoman’s pull to Yi Chuan at all especially since he was severely cocky and clueless. I really didn’t understand the pairing and Gu Xiaoman definitely deserved much better. Furthermore, I didn’t care for the SML, he was too obsessive and it really made me angry at times. We also never got to understand what made him fall for our FL in the first place other than the fact that they grew up together.
Something that I wish we were able to see more of was Lin xi’s goals outside of her mothers interference and her relationship. I was happy to see Jiang Zhenghan reach his goals and recognize his potential but we never got to see Lin Xi reach towards what she really wanted or understand what her dream career goals were. It seemed like she was sort of just going with the flow and it’s assumed to be that her dream is helping Zhenghan reach his.
Despite this, I don’t regret watching the show because I got to see some really good chemistry, I watched the characters grow into better/more mature versions of themselves and most of the actors were great in their roles. I’m sad to see this show go, I was really enjoying it. All good things must come to an end.

Wow! What A Great Drama
I went into this high school drama expecting predictable childish and playful fighting classroom love story. But, I was pleasantly surprised to watch a really mature and responsible love story of student Zheng Han and Lin Xi. Their chemistry and relationship from start to finish was so consistent and comforting to watch. They did a really good job in showing the natural progression of falling in love in high school, to continuity in university, to supporting each other in business, dealing with challenges as well as parental obstruction from the FL's mother. I could not help but felt so appreciative of what a role model this couple's love story can be to all of us. Not only is Wang An Yu (Zheng Han) good looking and sturdy, but Xiang Han Zhi (Lin Xi) is one of the prettiest young lady I have ever seen for a long while. She has a natural beauty that is so alluring to watch. Both of them make a really good looking couple.Apart from the main leads who were so natural, the entire cast in this drama is so good, I got so immersed, it did not feel like they were acting at all. Everyone had their own story to tell and I enjoyed this drama so much.

Great Story, Good Actors, Nice Ending
This drama's been in my watch list for quite sometime, but I never planned to watch at first because I hought this would be cheesy teen romance. I finallly started to watch after saw some reviews here.So I must say eventhough most of the setting is in High School and College, but this drama is quite mature and nice to watch
I love how this couple face all their difficulties together and always supporting one another in their own particular ways
Julia XHZ is very good, she could play all the role as High Schooler, College Girl and mature woman smoothly

100% worth the watch!!! MUST WATCH DRAMA!
I have to say i held off watching this drama for quite a bit of time as its just been sitting in my list , but when i finally decided to watch it OMG it was addicting i'm not joking when i say all i wanted to do was watch this drama all day haha and i ended up actually doing that.The two main leads have such fantastic chemistry and just makes it feel like they are also a couple in real life as well and if your looking for a drama with no break ups this is defo a one u should watch, at least there are no break ups after they officially start dating. FL isn't dumb like in other dramas and ML is very smart as well, the plot advances at a good pace and i enjoyed watching every bit of it. Although if i had to say one thing about this drama is that the episodes leading up to the ending could have had more things happening, it just felt a slightly bit rushed to me but the actual ending is what everyone wants and cant ask for much more lol.
Overall this drama is a dark horse and a hidden gem of 2020 , it was quite unfortunate that it was airing when legend of fei was airing so everyone was watching that myself included ahhaha but its a must watch drama trust me if you like youth to work place dramas and ML who only cares for FL then this is the drama for you!!

Healthy and Positive Relationship
This is best coming-of-age drama for me. The character development, story line, and the acting are so good.I was not interested in the drama at first because of the cheesy tittle, but finally I decided to watch this drama in February and didn't regret the decision. I really really like this drama.
The different between the school life and grown up working life is very well made. The acting, the story, the cinematography are so good too!!!! They are the rookie actors and actresses but they did such a great job. I am so disappointed because I did not start it sooner. Some points that I gave perfect score are for the wardrobe.

High hopes because of the rating but disappointed
Pros：Main leads acting was fantastic, like everyone saying they have great chemistry, I would say that they have lovely expressions and acting. The other actors are so-so. I feel something is amiss. Good but not great.
Cons:
Storyline is plain. I’m not sure why so many think that it is great. I get that most things go well for the main leads but so many details in the script gets dropped or do not connect well at all. I am left wondering why this thing happened or why they suddenly end up in back in the school after their holiday. It could have been written more clearly and transited better. For example Xiaoman suddenly hurts her leg and we don’t know why, only to be explained later by her. Just felt they could have added a scene where she fell instead of having her explain it, in a round about manner too.
Script flow is my biggest pet peeve. Many times I found myself wondering why something happened or and have to tell myself that it is a script. Plus some things the characters do is not realistic or convincing. Add on to the one dimensionality of the characters, it falls flat.
Not the biggest issue and I can tolerate it is that the directing is so so, does anyone find the filter or camera angles kind of flat?
I find it hard to finish this and will have to drop it, instead of wasting my time on the next 10 episodes.

A storytelling where the events unfold backwards, but unfortunately still under-delivers
The first episode reveals that the FL and ML do end up together—that’s one stress off the list.First episodes got me pretty hooked as the series begin to introduce the characters—tropey, as expected, but we have excellent series that didn’t really go outside the box either, so I don’t really use this as a deciding factor.
The main couple got together pretty early, which is not really an issue as well, but after this, everything went downhill—characters introduced that were forgotten, issues presented that were left unresolved, and the lack of compelling motivations of the characters.
The characters’ situations are all relatable, but it’s somehow difficult to connect with the characters themselves.
I think they also wanted to portray the main couple as someone with a healthy relationship, but I couldn’t look past the lies upon lies they had to do. The secondary couple is no good either.
I’m not pretty impressed with Julia Xiang’s performance as the FL and I don’t think there’s enough material for this series as it feels dragging and lacking.

ML and FL's acting and chemistry
I usually end up dropping or skipping scenes with Cdramas but not this one. The leads looked like they're the same age. I love that they didn't breakup and supported each other, even with the lies, which I hated. The 2nd ML was horrible, with his eye squinting and exagerrated acting, I read he's better in other dramas though. There were cringy moments, but overall, the leads were really good, they acted well even with scenes without lines. I hope they'll do another drama together. One of the better schools dramas
This was a cute watch, although it had a couple of odd moments for drama sake. It’s one of the better high school/college dramas.The Good
The overall plot was strong between the couple meeting and their relationship progression was natural and sweet. They had an even balance of misunderstandings and happiness in their relationship and it showed how dedicated they were as a couple to make their relationship last. The acting was decent in this drama and everyone played their role well. The drama was the perfect amount of episodes and provided decent closure to the story.
The Bad
The dubbing wasn’t always the best, especially during some more emotional scenes. I also wasn’t very fond of the ending being shown at the beginning. It sort of spoils the drama for me if I already know how it ends. I didn’t like the huge focus on FL’s family and ML’s family just sort of disappeared. I also feel like we didn’t get closure from the 2nd ML, he sort of just disappeared as well. Lastly, I wasn’t a huge fan of the lighting in this drama. It had a very washed out tone through out.

A Must to Watch
The best school-then-university romance of the C-Dramas!!I absolutely loved it (and rewatched it several times, which isn't my usual style) (°◡°♡).:｡
+++ The story is simple, relatively realistic, even if the character of the FL's mother is exaggerated (but that's a European point of view :)
+++ All the actors are believable.
+++ The CL is so cute with Wang An Yu & Xiang Han Zhi, who have very natural chemistry. I would love to see this CL again in other series. Plus, their relationship is beautiful (a genuine desire to protect each other and their love), and the heroine isn't the innocent and pure idiot we see in too many other dramas.
It's hard to leave the characters behind, and I'll be following the future series of the two main leads (they have great careers ahead of them).

+++ Tous les acteurs sont crédibles,
+++ Le CL est trop mignon avec Wang An Yu & Xiang Han Zhi, qui ont une alchimie très naturelle. J'adorerai revoir ce CL dans d'autres séries. De plus, leur relation est belle (réelle volonté de protéger l'autre et son amour), et l'héroïne n'est pas l'idiote innocente et pure que l'on voit dans trop d'autres dramas.
Du mal à quitter les personnages et je vais suivre les futures séries des 2 main leads (Ils ont une grande carrière devant eux).

Had high hopes but...
The first couple of episodes in high school were sweet and the leads were oozing with chemistry from the get go. They were able to maintain this chemistry throughout the drama and when it is just the two of them in a scene, I could almost believe they are a real couple, they were that sweet with each other.Unfortunately, beside the leads, none of the secondary characters were likable. They were mostly one-dimensional and exist purely to be petty and jealous of either the leads, or one another. For example, Lin Xi <- (likes) Qin Yue <- Shi Yu <- Yi Chuan <- Xiao Man <- Duan Ning. Every other girl likes Jiang Zheng Han. They are not well fleshed out and feels like once they fall in love, everything else eg. Past friendships become non-existent. Qin yue were good friends with Jiang in the beginning but once he realizes Jiang was his love rival, all the respect and good will immediately went out the window. I feel it is lazy writing.
It gets tedious and boring after a while so I gave up despite my love for the leads. Pity :(
