A drama with identical twins where one twin pretend to be the other while one is recovering from an accident. She also finds love along the way as she finds herself.

I haven't watched this drama, but the plot sounds exactly like the plot to Ugly Beauty, except outside the film industry/ celebrity world.

A story that follows a pair of twins who venture into the glittering lights of showbiz with a secret to hide. Despite their identical looks, their personalities are different as night and day.

Both dramas feature identical twins with different personalities. In this drama(ugly beauty) the younger sister pretends to be the older one for a while (I won't reveal why, that’s the main plot!). In both dramas (as per description of our unknown Seoul) after the switch, both sisters end up finding their true love.
