Amanza

Both are about a young man coming to terms with the end of their life nearing in on them. Both are beautifully made and leave a lasting message about the beauty of life.

Both dramas talk about the process of a person going through an illness and their family and friends who are by their side.

Becase the drama Amanza is about someone who has suffer from a cancer which is nothing can be saved anymore and it's kinda similar to The Angel's Time.

Well, both the leads are suffering from a terminal disease in their respective dramas, in this way I think Boku no Ita Jikan can be recommended.

"Amanza" and "Wonderhatch: Soratobu Ryu no Shima" have different plots, but they have similar concept where the narrative changes between real world and dream world. The imagination/fantasy part consists of animation and it's adventurous.
