Dong Fang Qing Cang in LBFAD and Ying Kong Shi in drama Ice Fantasy are both considered devil. However, it was their destinies since birth. They actually have a good heart and both LBFAD and Ying Kong Shi sacrificed themselves for their loved ones.

According to legend, in order to obtain terrible power, Dongfang Qing Cang of the Moon Tribe became an emotionless monster. The male lead looks exactly like Dylan Wang and also plays almost the same character as Dongfang Qingcang.

It is a short web drama that can be easily finished in one day.

In both dramas, the ML is a demon lord who is bound to the FL through a magic connection that causes him to feel all pain and harm done to the FL. In both, the ML falls first and hard and is very smitten with the FL. The MLs in both dramas are styled similarly.

Love in Devil is a mini-series and much lower production value than LBFaD.

A Chinese historical drama, they are both fantasy & romantic while going on an adventure while trying to fight evil.

If you like a grey ML and a charming, innocent FL then you'll like this one. Really great music, star crossed lovers, Highly recommend!

In both female leads in 1st part of movie is cute and relies on the male lead.
Difference is in LBF&D the FL becomes the god and plays amnesia to the ML whereas in Song of the moon its the male lead.

-Similarities:
-both are xianxia dramas; about immortals, mortals, demons, and spirits.
-both females leads are flower fairies. Yandan is a lotus, while female lead of Love Between Fairy and Devil is a nameless fairy orchid.
-Star-crossed lovers/ forbidden love/ against the odds type of love story. Sacrificing everything for the sake of the person you love.
- solving mysteries between different clans/the people around them. the power of friendship, yeah.
-clash of clans. conspiracy in heavenly realm.
-birth secret/ unknown identity/ finding one's self
-Adventure. travelling on all three realms.
-reincarnation
-both male leads and female leads have good chemistry. Such an eye candy.
-and of course, the blood coughing scenes that we all love! XD
-both cdramas are very entertaining. It gave me butterflies, I laughed, and cried a lot.

For both dramas, I love how their love for each other grows. How they try to deny and stop it at first, and then they give in and fight for their love together.


I just finished watching love between fairy and devil and you'll surely binge watch this if you have the time to.

I'm currently watching Immortal Samsara part 2 and I'm looking forward to the upcoming episodes.

Cheng Yi acting as Asura King (aside from acting as Ying Yuan and TangZhou) really is something to look forward too!

The main story are not similar at all, but if you liked the enemies to lovers plot and, more than that, enemies that switch bodies and became closer because of it, then it's a good watch!
