My Dear Guardian

She is a military medic and he is a cold military officer. They come to share a house together because of a misunderstanding. They slowly start to fall for each other. Second lead also has a sweet romantic love story.

Premise of both very similar to DOTS. For both of these two:

-Female Doctor, Male Special forces/Military Officer. Very much career dramas.
-Initially don't get on, grow together and support each other.
-Slow burn Romance
-Brought together (romantically and work-wise) though danger... natural disasters/bandits etc.
-FLs outspoken and strong in beliefs.

Both series have romance between a warm, level-headed doctor and a cool military man. There also have bandits and military missions.

Beside the military/medic theme.
These two are very similar.
Saves lives
Special Forces.
Romance in the midst of disasters.
There is much more.
I also love the fact that the Commander from Kungfu Cop is a Dr in My Dear Gurdian love that actor

military male leads, elite soldier
independent and spunky female leads in both shows
watched only 1 episode, buy Johny Huang has really set a benchmark for military officers/elite soldiers
the setting of the military base in both shows seem the same, but again RAG has only had 1 episode

Entertaining big families that come close to heart.
The way both dramas deal with family-only dynamics is peaceful.
Full of comedy.
Heart-filling romances.
Double in-law couples.

In both the dramas :
-the FL is a doctor
-the ML somehow works and helps people and saves people just as the military does
-both dramas are related to saving people and uncovering the hidden
-in both dramas doctors are present and part of the story revolves around them
-both romances are budding, went from hate to love and are quite enjoyable

Romance between a Doctor and someone working in the military. Dear Uniform hasnn't started yet but these stories seem to be very similar in terms on the relationship between the leads.

Since there is military drama and romance in the air we are apprehensive watching it as we know deep down that we will like and become attached to the characters. 'My dear Guardian' is no different. I hope that by watching you find peace and balance in your emotions and try to calm your inner self by understanding the message that the plot wants to convey. It's a beautiful drama and my favorite to date.

My dear Guardian:

The storyline is entirely different, however they have similar feel good vibe. Also the FL and ML share lot of meals together in both the dramas..

one has Special Forces as Leads and the other has an elite military officer as lead.
both intelligent MLs, green flags too
both shows have strong FLs who can hold their own, and who have equal screentime on the shows.
their relationship is healthy though the romance element is greater in MDG.
both Vin Zhang and Johny Huang nail their respective characters.

My Dear Guardian and The White Olive Tree start by main leads meet first time in made up country with female being in danger. Both focus on military, action and romance. Even though My Dear Guardian has some comedy, second part becomes much heavier and both leave you starring into the wall for some time. In both series side characters are likeable and developed . Both male leads have ptsd but in MDG it is less focused on.

Genres of both shows are very similar i.e. romance, drama, medical, action. And both shows are of enemies to lovers troops.
