This is a feel good romance drama. The story is not new, may have been made into many dramas, but the cast and chemistry between the ML and FL makes it different. This is the first drama that I've seen both the FL and ML, but I'm impressed with them, particularly the FL. She is not over the top and she makes every episode enjoyable. I also like the gender reversal role in this drama. Contract marriage usually involves a richer male lead with an ordinary female lead, but in this drama, the role is reversed. The little kid who appear later in the drama is so cute.. With drama like this, there are of course some cliche and "huh" moments, but it's not too annoying that it takes away the enjoyment of watching the drama. Soundtrack for this drama is uplifting, ones that you can repeat while reminiscing about romantic parts of the drama, especially the way the ML looks at the FL. As for rewatch value: definitely! Watch this drama of course because of Simon gong.This drama tell story about a couple that 'restart' their relationship 3x. 1st when they just know each other, 2nd when they decided to make their marriage seriously & last to rekindle their marriage after stupid break up.
What i like:
+ Simon gong is so cute here..... <3. I more and more falling in love with him. His fans definitely have to watch this, very much pleasing for the eye where he half naked :D.
+ Lu You You (YY) so adorable. I can't stop repeating his scene...
+ Lu Fang Ning (FN) is one adorable woman. She is one domineering CEO, but in front of Ling Rui (LR) she is so childish.
+ How FN & Tang Ping (PP) & also with Cai Si Yu (SY) became friend is so adorable.
+ They don't make the misunderstanding about their son too complicated.
+ When SY confess her feeling to Lu Yi Yao is just adorable in my opinion. & their relationship after 6 year turn upside down is so funny actually.
+ So funny to see LR & FN teasing each other. FN teasing LR in the first episode & LR teasing FN after they rekindle again
+ No story about overbearing parents in FN side, because u know she is from rich family while LR is not.
What minus or maybe a little bit force:
- Gao Er Fan reason to force his way with the company is a little bit weird & doesn't makes sense. And after all that year of obsession's to drop it just like that because what FN said even doesn't make more sense.
- FN reason to leave LR is just plainly stupid. One of the most stupid plot in drama world maybe. Just to make a reason for their rekindle story.
- Actually the more I think the more I fell everything around everyone relationship kinda a little bit force. Like how in the end everyone have to got their own couple. How they force Lu Yi Yao with Cai Si Yu after 6 years. They even feel they have to make Tang Ping & Peng Bo as a couple.
Overall this one good drama. Yes I think i'll gonna re-watch some cute scene. Especially about the cute Yao Yao. ^_^

Gender reversal role at its finest and I'm digging it!
The women (yes, plural) tackle cliches associated with men, the wall hand, renting a whole place, you name it; all the plain ‘ol drama seduction techniquesused by men.
Yes it includes domineering personality, but the FL pulls it off and it is so entertaining haha. I can't believe she said "should we watch a horror movie so he can jump into my arms?"
She is cute, strong, powerful, fashionable. I didn't even know that was possible. She gave me 'It's okay thats not love' vibes with her fashion sense and acting character. *chefs kiss* While the dude takes a backseat from a dominating perspective/ role, they both don’t lose their ‘identities’ as people would expect. “These type of men are weak and these type of women are unfeminine.” It’s bull.
It is just so natural and shows gender stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason. Sex isn’t that fragile, but gendered, its built on prejudice.

Though, I would have done without the time skip. Yup it came out of nowhere and for 6 years! There is 1 thing I didn’t agree with, but the ‘after’ period is still cute (overloaded with it actually hahaha) and an added character pulled the show through. Not saying much more on that. The other couples in the show also forged hilarious and heartwarming relationships. Tbh I loved the whole cast, the plot, acting. So on point.

Loved how cliche but you can’t feel the cliche in the drama
The acting was not doubt superb for all the leads in this drama. I really liked how this drama depicts how selfless one can get when being in a relationship; I really admire that! The family relationship in this drama is really an important element, there are many scenes where I felt that I had some takeaways that would benefit irl.The story really has its up and downs, at times I would frustrated all I wanted is for them to get together already 😂
The second couple in the drama is pretty cute, liked how in the latter part of the drama Simon is the one pursuing Si Yu makes you go UwU.
So do make time for this drama, I’m sure it wouldn’t disappoint

The key to progress is always 'begin again'
The first thing that caught my attention with this drama is because the female lead tenaciously pursue the male lead which is kind of reverse style of romance I used to like. Speaking of their chemistry, I find both of them well-matched and has a natural fondness to each other that made me fall into😍. But I fall more to their very cute and adorable child especially when he starts chatting endlessly and act like an adult🤗. And the most important thing is the relevant lesson in life that I had obtained from this drama.Was this review helpful to you?
Marriage contract
Best story ever, not kink, there is no some evil antagonist who do all thing just to get the Ml or FL lead. Just love it and always back to rewatch. You will see the big change from the FL lead. Sure she is learn, love the ML change to become so powerful. Love they chemistry and how they play the role. It just so perfect. I really love to see another story with them as a main Lead. A big standing applause for the writer and director. This drama should be nominate as the best drama ever. The pace is just right not to slow and not to fast. Lovely fluff
This story is very unrealistic and oh so sweet. It's cheeky, and cute and sexy all at the same time. This is like an adult fairy tale without too much angst. I loved it. Highly recommend for a sweet unrealistic happy and sexy adult fairytale.There is something about that ML that is mesmerizing. All the characters are attractive but he has something else. The chemistry is amazing. The kisses are meh but the watch is worth it.
The additional character stories were cute. I didn't agree with everyone's decision but I understood

Cute Series. Too many scene fillers.
This was a cute series with a slight twist. FL being the overbearing CEO. However, the FL character development was troublesome. FL is smart, bold, innovative in business dealings and completely clueless in personal relations. One might say that is how most of these CEO leads are written, but the problem comes when she can completely mend both the personal softness and CEO boldness with Simon. and not with who she is 'in love' with. ML was pretty good at delayed acting. His slow to act movements felt more off than aloof. I prefer the ML more in the latter half of the series. The OST was nice. This story could have been told in a more profound way 10-15 episodes less. There are times where there are scenes that can be cut easily ' fillers'. By the time you get to episodes 30-35 it is like 'get to the point already'. Because there was so much going on with the main couple, the third couple pairing really was not necessary.Was this review helpful to you?

starting from a contract marriage that eventually fell in love. A story that is quite common in dramas. The story is quite interesting because here the female players are more dominant. but the male player is no less charming with his doctor's suit. from early to mid charming a little annoyed when they divorced. but when they meet again and the cute yao yao appears to be even more attractive. here we learn that our soul mate will return to us despite how long apart. really like Simon Gong here, really handsome. This is a great romantic comedy with a very fun cast to watch. The cast did a good job bringing their characters to life and the leading couple has great chemistry. The leading couple, Lu Fangning (Zhou Yu Tong), general manager of Luning Group, and surgeon Ling Rui (Simon Gong) has great chemistry and a lovable, steadfast relationship. The female lead comes as a domineering and pedant lioness but deep inside she’s loving and conscientious. There is consistent character development, some twists, and humor. SPOILER: The drama could’ve been shorter and the cliché separation was ridiculous and unnecessary to say the least. Still, the drama is very entertaining. Enjoy it! Was this review helpful to you?
A fun and interesting plot
Ok first of all let me just say that I had been anticipating this drama since forever and was sooo very happy when it was finally released. And I have to say it did not disappoint me at all. At first I thought that the to is drama would be an average contract marriage drama but oh was I wrong. The storyline was a lot different from other contract marriage plots. There were just the right amount of cute moments and the problems that the couple faced came in at just the right time. CLICHED BUT WELL WRITTEN. PERFECT NO LOOPHOLES. HEARTWARMING. THE BEST OF 2020
CHARACTERS: HANDS UP AND DOWN TO Zhou Yutong and Gong Jun. THEY ARE PERFECT MATCHED AND ACT SO WELL. THE DOMINEERING CEO. YU TONG PULL IT OFF PERFECTLY. SHE IS HILARIOUS AND DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST ACTRESS. GONG JUN ON THE OTHER HAND REALLY JUST HANDSOME AND LOOKS LIKE AN ANGEL. NOT COLD JUST WARM HUMAN BEING. THEN THEIR CHILD. THE EPISODE IN 27 AND ONWARDS WAS MY MOST FAVE EPISODES. THEIR CHILD WAS SO CUTE AND ADORABLE. PROMISING ACTOR FOR SURE. THEN THE OTHER CAST JUST COMPLIMENTS THE WHOLE DRAMA. THE TRAITOR/ HUSBAND OF HER SISTER WHEN HE GIVES BAC THE COMPANY WAS JUST THE PERFECT ENDING. THOUGH THE 2ND COUPLE JUST HAVE SOME SHORT LOOPHOLES AFTER SIX YEARS BUT I LIKE IT BECAUSE MORE OF THE FOCUS WAS ON THE MAIN COUPLE.PLOT: THE PLOT WAS CLICHED IF YOU LIKE WATTPAD STORIES. YOU DEFINITELY WILL LOVE THIS. THE FIRST 3 EPISODES WAS THE MOST SATISFYING ONE. THEN THE REST AS JUST SO SO. THEN EPISODE 27 UP TO 35. THE BEST EPSIODE OF ALL DRAMAS.
THE OST WAS ABSOLUTELY GOOD.
TO SUMMARIZE A MUST WATCHED. THE ONLY DRAMA THAT MADE ME LAUGH. THAT MADE ME CRY. THAT MADE ME FALL IN LOVE.
