Two of the dramas have a doctor who can diagnose the disease accurately and his underlings who gets inspired from him.
There are surgery procedures and background of the patients are given importance.
Medical aspects of the dramas are similar.

It has been one and a half years since Aizawa Kosaku, Shiraishi Megumi, Hiyama Mihoko and Fujikawa Kazuo were assigned to Shoyo University's North Hospital. They have only three months left of their fellowship programme (specialised training programme) to be flight doctors, and each of them has come to a crossroads where they have to think of their lives after graduation.
