not everyone's cup of tea but definitely mine!

I have to agree with some people, it does feel like a wattpad story.👀

first off I want to talk about what I love and like about LITA.
This bl portrayed the most realistic relationship between two people. what i mean by "realistic" is both sky and rains relationship started with a hook up. I also love that they're show a realistic amount of affection. what i mean by affection is the causal kisses, hugs, and ass grabbing. I could go on and on about the special episode. I loved how the roles were reversed and Rain exposed his kink. I have to mention this even if someone else wrote about in their review. the relationship and chemistry between Boss and Neoul is AMAZING!!!!

In an interview, Boss(payu) that he had asked Neoul (Rain) how far can they go in the intimate scenes, Neoul said “as deep as possible”. They wanted to portay LOVE THROUGH SEX , and that’s exactly what they did.

Now I only have maybe two complaints. I really wish they didn't tell sky and pai's story in the second half of the series. I wish they gave them their own series. it almost felt rushed too.

my second complaint is (tw:SA DV) I wish they gave a warning to sky's past with gun. also I think there was a better way to mention sky's past with gun..

Amazing!

I don't think anything in this review can be classified as a spoiler?
It's an amazing show!! I literally fell face first on the floor in love.
It had a typical story line with a bit of a twist. The acting was better than alot of shows i watch. However there is quite a few of 18+ scenes. It was really funny! I wouldn't recommened this to someone watching their first bl show, however depeneding on the tastes of the person definatly for someone that is more into the industry of BL.
So know i have to write more words because it has to contain at least 500 charecters in the reveiw.
Anyways so again great show definatly recommened, to anyone.

Would’ve been at least an 8 w/o the second couple

This should have been like 8-10 episodes of Rain/Payu and then a separate show for Sky/Pai so I could have had the option of never having to watch Sky/Pai’s story.

Acting:

Solid all around. Nothing groundbreaking, but everyone put on a good performance. Especially given all the wild shit some of these actors had to say with a straight face.

Writing:

First half was interesting and got me hooked and then the story switched to the second couple and I was lost entirely. Just not a good story between those two. Boy needed a therapist and a benzo prescription, not a stalker who he ends up falling for for some reason. Really disappointing.

Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:

Wowy wowza was absolutely blown away by the chemistry between Boss and Noeul in this performance. Their storyline works as a fun romance for sure. And the kisses were so real, you cannot convince me these two men aren’t at least a 4 on the kinsey scale. Second couple idec enough to talk about. Chemistry wasn’t giving, romance wasn’t good, kissing was fine but tbh I wasn’t really paying attention to them.

NC Scenes:

Bruhh Boss and Noeul gave a better performance than like 90% of actual porn actors. They were all in on this, like I’d love to have witnessed them having the discussion regarding boundaries with each other and the intimacy coordinator, because it must have been brief, seeing as nothing looked like it was off the table. I think I might have skipped through most of the NC scenes of the second couple tbh, or I just don’t remember them other than the first one where my boy Sky road that pos into the sunset for some reason.

Music/SFX:

Fine, nothing stood out as odd. Some goofy SFX but that’s alright.

Production:

They did a great job at scouting filming locations in this show.

Man, this would have been an easy win if they had kept the second couple’s story as a little ongoing plot in the background.

Watched a decent chunk of this while tipsy, so here are some highlights from my notes bc I think I'm kinda funny sometimes:

- How is the ILLEGAL streetracing event so CLEAN and ORGANIZED??? I’ve been to F1 Grand Prixs that were dirtier and less organized than this lmao.
- Who tf sets their central air a/c to 60 degrees?? Bros tryna get hypothermia.
- Does Thailand have like a thing for architects? Why is this the second Thai drama in a row I’ve seen with an architect mc?
- Nah nah nah now I know you did not just roll that toy car over to reveal a single condom bro AHHHAHAHAHHAHAHA.
- Not to be dramatic or anything, but I think I went into shock after first hearing Rain’s moans bro… Gulp… I’m a pretty strong believer in my motto of “spectate, don’t speculate” when it comes to celebrities, buuut… those moans were pretty umm accurate imitations of the real thing lmao.
- Please save bro. Bro just needs 1000 mg of acetaminophen down the hatch, why we why we why we giving bro a suppository. Bro also bottomed for the first time in his life last night. Do not put relatively strong medication in bro’s bum. Condolences to bro.
- Bro they kiss more like “realistically” than most porn I’ve seen. I feel like I’ve tapped into a loving couple’s living room pet cam lmao.
- Is bro’s bro wearing a broach? Elegant.
- Bro sang for an eternityyyyyyy ahhh I can’t do it ahhahaha
- 45 mph on a closed-circuit track is so goofy pls use photoshop to make my boys look cooler than that lmao.
- Jk bro finally broke 100 mph, all is well.
- BRO uhhhh not my first rodeo seeing sex depicted on film in a fictional sense or reality so uhh… I think it’s imperative here that I point out that these two are better porn actors than a lot of porn actors lmao what the heeelllllllyyy ahahhhhhh episode 6 has me in a state of pure astonishment.
- I’m usually not one for modern designs, but those stairs in Payu’s house can get it fr.
- It KILLS me when a drama is like, “omg this room is sooo dirty, what am I to do” and it’s like a few pieces of scattered paper and what looks like a day or two of chilling/working on a project. Never let bro see my room, it’s giving severely bipolar Howl Pendragon who has played too much Genshin.
- I’m not scared of no bitch who wears a bracelet lmao.
- Bro got kidnapped in slides and both of them stayed on idk why that’s so funny.
- Is bad boy wearing a fresh pair of vans to beat someone up..?
- Underling man committing violence in that striped shirt kinda…
- These bitches love a broach, they love a pin
- WTF is this side couple lmaooo. Bro 100% did not have to sleep with him at all let alone go for multiple rounds and bro for sureee did not have to ride him into the sunset like that ahahahaaaaa.
- I’m gonna crash out, why did we shift focus to the side couple for this long? ?
- Uhhh, yeah… wasn’t expecting the daddy kink lmaooo
- Bro what happened to my baby ahahahaha he became a dirty nasty nasty naughty lil guy lmao

ONLY THE FIRST COUPLE AND STORY WAS WONDERFUL!

I'm sorry for what I'm about to write, I'm the first to be disappointed ...
The first story was BEAUTIFUL. Everything was perfect:
1. The story was light and romantic.
2. The main actors and their chemistry was just perfect, it seemed as if they knew their whole life!
3. The main character was perfect in every details:

- Phayu: apparently an unreachable cool guy, but at the same time a reliable and serious guy who wants a serious story and is determined to have it.
- Rain: I loved his determination and his way of relying completely on his partner. Unknowingly he found himself in a love story, but then once he got involved he remained loyal and faithful!

I liked how Rain relied completely on Phayu and how Phayu was ready to be the strong shoulder for Rain!

4. I loved the secondary characters too.
For example: I loved the mechanic who works for Phayu, he was too funny ahahah!
I also liked Phayu's brother and how he helped and supported them....

I really liked everything of this first story, I wanted to give the 9.5/10
For me this Bl had to end at the 7th episode, I don't know why they chose to go on!

THE SECOND PART OF THIS BL... HELP!!!
Firstly I want to say that the storyline of the second one had a lot of potential, it also deals with a topic that is certainly more important than the first story...
But the acting...Or rather: Fort was also acceptable, but Peat absolutely not!
I was expecting a different depth and expression from a character like his just because his story was very intense and, honestly, fake tears have ruined everything!
Not to mention the scene of the final episode in which Prapai goes to save Sky and during that scene he fights with that bad boy... the makeup of the blood on that boy's face OH GOSH... it couldn't be more FAKE and the scene itself was missing of sincerity, the fists were clearly fake!
In my opinion they could have worked a little more.
I hope to see Fort and Peat again in another bl soon and I hope they make me change my mind about their acting. Really, I'm sorry because I had high expectations of them and of their story.
I think Boss and Noeul have a much higher level of acting than Peat and Fort. Probably if they had played a plot like that of the second couple the result would have been very different and surely better. Andd then also the chemistry between the actors: Boss and Noeul a whole other level!

Furtermore, I wanted to say: as for the drama in general, I didn't like a few things about the "scenography" such as the voice of the people on the calls... It was too funny to hear that fake voice of the dubbing! Ahahah

So at first I gave 9.5 for the first story, but then the second couple lowered the whole average.
Finally I gave 7.5, but only thanks to the first story... otherwise I would have given 2!

Review from someone who just wanted to watch some BL to pass the time!

I'm going to write this review as a person who watched any BL with a very open mind, even if it is deemed bad to most people. However for this story, I will say it was a nice and also steamy so, if you prefer a more fluff story, this might not be for you. There are fluff moments of course!

What I like:
> Two different kind of relationship (although it's typical but hey, we can't all be original) - Shy but try to be dominant x Dominant mechanic and Tsundere boy (controlling the relationship lmao) x Smooth talker but cares for his partner a lot
> Yes there is a lot of X scenes but hey, it gets them famous. And I must say, out of all the thai I have watched, I am very surprise by how INTENSE they went for this. I even panicked when it appear hahah
> Surprisingly no enemy, or at least those typical character (aka a girl or ex girl, or a random dude that likes one of the ML. Unless there is one and I missed them or something oops). There is a bad person but it's more relating to the character's past or some asshole that was jealous of Payu lmao.

For what I don't like, uh, I'm not entirely sure? I really went into this story expecting to not watch it fully because I tend to not watch mature ones, but I was surprise how I was attracted to the storyline and the characters (although, again, they aren't that original, but maybe I just have a type of pairing is all lul)

I would recommend this to those who like to watch a more Mature BL and just something to pass the time with! The story is not that heavy and they resolve their problems in one episode every time which is a blessing in my opinion haha!

A cute BL series with unexpected serious topics

Starting each of the series I watch I usually don't expect a lot, so I'm never really disappointed. I saw a lot of vids from Love in the Air and decided to watch, cause I liked the PayuRain scenes.

The plot is quite curious, I liked how they showed the students' life and the illegal motosport atmosphere. It could be better with the main love lines development: a little less hysterical things from Rain and more adequate behavior without the real stalkering from Pai. I also didn't like how they developed two couples' relationships one after another but not in parallel.

Payu and Rain are very cute together, their chemistry is quite soft but from time to time it is a real fire, not only in bed scenes (they're very good as I said above, both guys are quite involved).

Pai and Sky's line could me much more serious and powerful than the PayuRain's one but for me it looked a little weird.

In genereal it's a nice BL series to watch for relaxing, I don't think I will rewatch it but I understand why it's so popular.

Good, but lacked character development, plot development, and production quality

The 2 stories were quite different, I personally prefer Prapai and Sky's story as there was more plot

Payu & Rain story was kind of flat I watched it to burn time. Its just about a couple getting together with some comedic scenes. I personally didn't like the characters in the story (not the actors, the actors are fine and they did a good job in their roles). The character development for Rain was poorly done, we barely know anything about him, he was also way too innocent, to the point where it felt he was fake. Payu's character development was better, but I did not like Payu at the beginning because he was basically gaslighting Rain. Overall the story was okay for me. Not something that I would rewatch. There is too many cringe moment for me (i don't like it when characters are dumb to the point of no return)

Prapai & Sky story has a bit more plot and is touches on a darker topic. I honestly love Sky's character, though I did wish he'd stayed sassy in front of Prapai instead of always being pouty and shy in ep 9-11. As for Prapai's character, I didn't like him at the beginning when he first met Sky at the street race. But ep 9 and forward changed my mind, he was the sweetest and most caring person. One of the problem I have with this story is the ending. It was way too rushed. They should've added another episode for the recovery process (trying not to spoil the story). And also the sound quality of this story was poorly done. Did they run out of budget? lol

In conclusion all the actors did an amazing job in playing their character. The problems only lies in the character development, plot development, and production

Finished with a "meh" but still got hooked

Hear me out. I know this makes no sense, but when I finished the series I was like "That was whack. Could have done so much better at many points." But I kept thinking about the characters and even more the chemistry the actors have that in the end I was hooked up on the material. Completely irrational, but I would rewatch the hell out of this show, pick out everything I hated, and still have a good time.

The plot is the getting together. For PhayuRain it's not that eventful, sometimes even borderline silly/dumb. Honestly, reads like a fanfiction. The leads have crazy chemistry, though, truly saving their story and my sanity.

PrapaiSky have a far heavier plotline that takes good writing and good acting to do properly. While I also adore the leads, I do believe they did not bring the necessary acting range to cover all of that. Pity, but I am rooting for them to approve over time. I would like to see them in another project with different dynamics.

Also the writing was Not Really Good.
Sexy scenes were enjoyable though.

Absolute worst was the audio. What the hell was wrong with the mics? They were so sensitive, you could always hear when two were hugging. Honestly, really annoying.

In conclusion: Do you know that fanfiction you know is kind of terribly written, but you keep on reading cause somehow it keeps hitting the right feelings? It's this but in a series format.

Drastically different quality from one story to the next.

I'm afraid Rain and Phayu set the bar too high for Sky and Prapai.

It's too bad, I really believe they had the material to make Sky and Prapai's story just as good. They even had the hype as it definitely seemed a lot of people were looking forward to them more than Rain and Phayu but the chemistry was nowhere near as good as BossNoeul and neither was the acting, though I was thankfully pleasantly surprised by Fort in some of the more emotional scenes in the last episode.
They kept all the interesting bits for the very end. I really don't get why you would want to do that. From their first to their penultimate episode, there's really not much happening... I don't think I could even tell you what happens besides Prapai is after Sky and Sky is resisting. Looking back, the way they meet is a pretty good indicator of how badly the rest of their story is going to be handled. Even without mentioning the acting, the whole thing didn't feel as polished as the first part. The phone calls alone were horrendous to listen to.

Let's not forget the good part, though. BossNoeul have insane chemistry. There's no awkwardness at all and the way they look at each other alone had me giggling like an idiot. Speaking of idiots, Rain is such a lovable dummy, I really love characters like that, but he's definitely one of the dumbest. I love him a lot ❤️ Thursdays were so much more fun with them.

I really went from such a high to a pretty low low... In my opinion, RainPhayu is 10/10; SkyPrapai is more of a 5/10. It's pretty jarring. It feels very strange to rate it so low after loving Rain and Phayu so much but at the end of the day, it wouldn't make sense to give higher than 7.5 to a show I wouldn't recommend you watch more than half.

Anyway, watch Rain and Phayu ❤️

Sweet if a little short

Overall I'd give this an 8 because while it was sweet and a great addition to the story, there were some things I wasn't a fan of.

Story:
I gave the story for this 8.5 because it was a good idea, but it could have been executed better. I think Rain and Sky were being a little petty, and the reasons for which they ran away/went on a trip alone together were a bit confusing. For Sky, it made sense why he'd be a little upset but I don't understand why that would warrant completely running away. For Rain, it was just a misunderstanding that Rain was being fairly childish and had much better ways of solving his issue. I understand that not everyone is perfect and people make mistakes, but they could have come up with better motivation for Rain and Sky's impromptu trip. Overall, the inclusion of Rain's kink was amusing, and their interactions after the misunderstanding was cleared were very sweet and funny to watch. The intimate scenes were also very nice and would totally recommend watching the episode. Despite what I said before, it was very entertaining and very much satisfied my craving for more of Rain and Payu (I'm not as much a fan of Sky and Prapai's relationship, I ship them but I think they're given a bit too much time)

Acting/Cast:
I gave the acting a 9.5. Of course, the cast is the same as the show for the main characters and they are all handsome as ever. The acting felt very natural, so props to the actors for doing a great job. I'm afraid I don't have much to say for this section as I don't necessarily analyze the acting unless I notice that it feels awkward, which it did not at all.

Music:
I gave the music a 9; I didn't really pay much attention to the music either but it was a nice addition to the scenes and went well with whatever was happening.

Rewatch value: I gave the rewatch value a 5. I'm not one to rewatch any of the bl's I've seen so far, which applies to this as well so be warned. I think this is just too short with a lack of the multitude of sweet scenes needed for me to like it enough to rewatch it. That's not to say there are no fluffy scenes; there are plenty. It's only a 70-minute-long episode, and there's only so much you can do when you're splitting the time evenly between two couples and I only have a high interest in one of them. It's a nice episode but not really worth rewatching purely because of how short and simple it is.

Overall:
Overall I gave this an 8 due to the mix of answers for the different sections. Story matters to me much more than anything else unless the acting is absolutely horrid, so keep in mind I consider this to be a positive review. It's genuinely a cute episode that shows the growth of their relationships after some time, which is a very valuable addition to the LITA.

The second part of the show is the far superior one

The first half of the show is fine. The acting is alright, the characters are entertaining, but it’s really not anything world-changing. The spicy scenes were well done though.
THE SECOND PART HOWEVER is a masterpiece. The chemistry of FortPeat is off the charts, the trauma plot has depth and is very moving. The spicy scenes are amazing. I watched the entire show for the second part and was not disappointed. The wait is so so worth it. If the entire show was just SkyPrapai/FortPeat, it would be a solid 100/10. Just amazing.
In summary: the first half is alright, and the second AMAZING.
