Only a true thriller lover will fall for this drama
If I say this is a masterpieces which can't replace in my best thriller section.What wasn't there? - there is mystery action psychology love emotion psychopath .. Everything that a thriller lover would love to see in their drama.
I saw some people's review that "it's flop" .. I was like ya only for those "hopeless romantic"..
Of course they were asking for justice for the innocent character but my friend there is deadly sins they have done... So you should switch to your rom-com because thriller is not your genre
Come back to the topic: This drama was captivating. In every episode it will feel like now you know the whole story but in the beginning of next episode you will see that it's not like what you think!
The story will amaze you in everyway... Example is me... I have saw this drama last year still can't get this outta my mind because of it's charm...
So if anyone reading my review I should say "you can definitely go for it" - well ofc you need to be die heart fan of thriller before that.

but only at the very end. I also liked the cast and the editing. It's quite drastic, so if you're not a fan of blood, I don't recommend it. The series also has a special episode and two more episodes from the killer's perspective (I'm currently watching the first episode), so if you don't want to leave Mouse completely and would like to see what the psychopath was actually thinking, I recommend the episodes from his perspective. And yes, I cried and got angry too.

the plot twists !!
I watched mouse last year and have to say that it is a very interesting kdrama. what I loved the most about this drama is the acting. the acting couldn‘t have been more perfect. I really liked the idea of this drama, which is also why I watched it in the first place since I prefer dark and mysterious dramas. one thing that was kinda sad is that it was kinda obvious what plot twist there would be. I won‘t reveal which one, but it wasn‘t the main part, so I‘m quite happy about that. overall, would recommend this.Was this review helpful to you?
I've watched countless crime series, but this one is the BEST
There're are reviews calling it a mess or too complicated. No, it is not if you use your brain properly. this series has one of the best planned storyline. it does have plots, but it is worth it. Anyone calling it a mess just cannot keep up with this pace, and i think such people need to avoid such stories that just messes up with their head because they cannot seem to understand the storyline which is literally their problem. (In simple terms, THEY ARE JUST TOO DUMB).** The main character's acting is top-notch. The science approach was well detailed (i'm a biomed student, so yeah i found it intriguing). The suspense, thriller, all of it keeps you on the edge of the seat. As for me, i was able to figure out who the psychopath was because i was into it, and it was not a mess at all. There's sad scenes that can tear you up if you're emotional, and really unexpected turns, but foof, this is the *the* best. After watching this, i haven't been able to find another series that matches the thriller, details, suspense, and overall storyline. I promise you that you will not regret it if you watch it, (also do not forget to get into it- the best part!)

Intriguing
I don't want to say too much and spoil the plot. However what I will say is you will not be bored watching this. The acting from everyone was fantastic. This definitely is goes on my top 5 of thriller and crime dramas. The storyline unfolded in a way that keeps you completely engaged. to be really honest, after watching penthouse i thought there would never be a drama that will be my fav but this show really pulled it off, the amount of plot twists are like actually insane. I love how complicated and twisted the storyline was, as if i could predict it from the start but this drama manipulated me in a way i started questioning everything from the beginning. what shocked me how detailed every episode was. i noticed it when I saw this the second time. from the very start, talking about the first episode, every detail contained pieces of information that concluded everything at the end. ep 5 has to be best episode but what I really liked was the moment, when he said 'mom, you knew your son was a psychopath' MINDBLOWING..Was this review helpful to you?
Don’t know why it took me this long to watch!!
Let me give credit to YoHan(Hwa Woon), don’t know why they called his role a supporting role tho!!Story: Good story, I loved how they started the all plot without showing us he was the one doing the killing! I also love the story of the other casts too!!

Was sad that the Father died tho!! he didn’t deserve to die!!
JuHyun was a little bit annoying tho!!

Impressive and surprising. It keeps you hooked from the first episode to the last
"Mouse" tells the story of a psychopath serial killer and two cops who are working together to find him.Ba Reum is a nice police officer, his life become entangled with Moo Chi, a criminal detective that has a past trauma, his entire family has killed by a serial killer and he lived his whole life thinking about revenge. There's also Hong Ju, a journalist who's covering the murders and Bong Yi, a nice girl who also has a sad past. Every single character is connected with each other, in the beginning you don't know that, but by watching the episodes, you get to see how everything fits.
I can't say I was shocked by the twist that Ba Reum is the serial killer, there are some moments that made me think that, specially after his "change" with the brain transplant... instead of becoming more cold and distant, Ba Reum became more bright.
The two special episodes after the episode 15 are really important to the story, because you get to see the real Ba Reum, not him faking like in the beginning or after the transplant, when he's really a different person, with Yo Han's sense of empathy. He's really evil, Ba Reum planned everything and was even using Bong Yi like his father did to his mother, only as a way to reproduce. It's amazing how Lee Seung Gi played this character, because it's like two different people, his eyes, the expressions...
The real culprit in all of this in my opinion is actually Ba Reum's mother. She basically ruined Ba Reum and Yo Han's life by switching the babies. She made Yo Han live his life as the son of a serial killer and even so, he became a good person, who sadly die and Ba Reum, who didn't have any fault for being born without empathy, live his life without any support and didn't know that what he was doing was wrong, he doesn't have a moral compass, so he needed someone to guide him, to help him in the right path. How he's supposed to be good, if he doesn't know what that is?
In the end, the brain transplant was a blessing, because made Ba Reum able to understand emotions for the first time and realize everything he has done and repent. His death is sad, but it's something that was meant to happen.
The drama is really big, besides having 20 episodes and 3 special, some episodes have more than 1 hour, but the amazing thing is that is not exhausting to watch, I didn't get tired in any moment, actually I wanted to keep watching!
It's one of the best crime/thriller dramas that I have ever watched.

spectacular !! mind blowing !!
It’s been a while since a show has left me speechless.If you like puzzles, thriller and mistery this is for you.
It keeps you hooked from the very first moment to the last, the amount of plot twist and the acting is out of this world.
Some may say it’s too messy but imo that’s the charm, you’ll keep wondering what will happen next and it leaves you with endless questions throughout every chapter.
It’s the type of show you will need to watch with an open mind and pay attention to the course of events or you will end up getting lost.
Nothing will ever come close to the way i felt when i was watching this series. It’s a masterpiece and 100% recomended.

An extremely gripping, well-paced series. We're given all the elements we need to solve the enigma, and we're taken from twist to twist. It's truly incredible to see something so catchy, with such a stratospheric level of acting.But promoting eugenics is a big no-no for me. So I'll add a few remarks :
_Genetics can't identify a so-called psychopath gene.
_Lie detectors have never been proven effective.
_IQ tests have no scientific value.
_No, prison is not a place of comfort and rest.
_Body language is not a science.
_Of course, there are points in the script that go quite far, but in these cases, it's completely assumed. I won't say more to avoid spoilers.
On the other hand, did you know that the police spend only 4% of their time investigating crime and violence ? And only 4 out of 10 investigations are solved ? These are American figures, but I doubt things are much better elsewhere.

I randomly decided watching not knowing it will become my favorite kdrama of all time
It's so good i wanted to give it an 11 rating but that's not possible so i give it a 10....i rarely write reviews so i don't know how to meet that 300 character criteria, but i just want to say that i watched mouse last year and i haven't been that hooked to a plot in a long time every episode was filled with anticipation i finished it in 5 days, and i couldn't watch anything afterwards for weeks cause it felt bland. I love the plot, the plottwist, the acting and and the event pacing. I nearly missed out on the extra two "the predator's pov" episodes, but i'm so glad i did more digging into the drama and found them, they're as good and worth watching too.
.. this wasn't intended to be a professional review i just wanted to express this one bit of feeling.

Masterpiece
I just finished this and when I tell you this Drama is a masterpiece, I mean it.The beginning was rather normal, for this show, at least. We thought we knew what was happening.
In the middle, I got confused as to why there were filler-like cases and was disappointed. Slowly, though, everything started to make sense. Everything was connected.
What we thought we understood in the beginning started having twists, things that weren't told showed up. It was as if they wabted to tell us the plot twist we thought we knew wasn't the main point of the show.
Literally EVERYTHING was connected, from the beginning to the end. And I think only geniuses can do this. Only geniuses can create such a masterpiece.
