the line btw monster and victim.. completely destroyed
just finished watching it..and its soo unquestionably amazingif you think u have watched a good psychological thriller just hold my drink because this masterpiece will literally blow ur mind and then u will be forced to reassemble it again... I went into this expecting a 20 episode crime drama.. I thought that there's no way it could hold my attention for 20 one hour episodes without getting boring I thought it would be literally very slow paced but I was so wrong.. the plot twists are diabolical ..one min u r hating a character and the next min the show drops a bomb levaing u wonder what insanity is going on!!!... ur trust issue will peak.. people u think are angles..sus.. people u think are monsters .. devastating.. the moral alignment swaps in this show hit so hard.. damn u will be questioning ur own ethics..
its really not easy to pull of a story like this one..without leaving a single plot hole..its action survival mind bending suspense and just enough subtle romance to break the tension.. u will surely end up feeling for every single character.. the culprits ..the victims
watching a character struggle btw genuine guilt human connections and darkness is some of the most hauntingly beautiful acting + writing u will ever see.. the emotional climax will leave u in tears

Everything is incredible: the plot, the acting.
Some scenes are heartbreaking.
The family history of the police officer is very sad. When the psychopath killed the priest in front of his brother....I cried so much.
There is no worse punishment for a psychopath than give him conscience and guilt for his crimes.
Everything is incredible: the plot, the acting.

ready to question humanity, sleep with one eye open, and never trust your ugly neighbor again
Mouse (2021): 9/10 – The K-Drama That Will Haunt Your Dreams (And Your Search History)💀 WHY IT'S BETTER THAN IT HAS ANY RIGHT TO BE:
A cop and a psychopath walk into a drama... and boom—we get this masterpiece of mind games, bloody twists, and enough “Wait, what?!” moments to last a lifetime. The suspense? Unmatched. The plot? A rollercoaster of WTF.
🔪 THE “NEVER LOOK AWAY” MOMENTS:
The mind-bending cat-and-mouse game (pun intended).
Every time the bad guys look at you like they know your deepest, darkest secrets… and probably already planned your demise.
Lee Seung-gi in a role that makes you reconsider trusting anyone in your life.
😱 THE “OKAY, THAT’S A LITTLE MUCH” FLAWS:
Pacing: It's like a thriller buffet—you get all the excitement at once, then... it's like you’re waiting for the next course.
Some twists are like… did we need this? Yes. Yes, we did.
🎯 VERDICT:
"Mouse" is like a psychological game where the stakes are your sanity.
Watch if: You’re ready to question humanity, sleep with one eye open, and never trust your neighbor again.
Skip if: You enjoy a quiet, peaceful life. You’re in the wrong genre, buddy.

Absolutely loved it
One of the reasons I love detective stories is that they force my mind—which is always thinking anyway—to delve into every case and figure out who’s behind it. That’s exactly it.At first, I thought that after receiving a brain transplant from Seong Yo Han—who everyone at the time considered a psychopath—Ba Reum was starting to lose his mind and become one himself; or, more precisely, that the other man’s brain was beginning to control his own. When he was killing the psychopaths themselves, I thought his genes had mutated as a result of the “mixing” of the two minds, but it turned out completely differently.
What surprised me was that they allowed Han Seo Jun—a serial killer who performed experiments on his own victims—to operate on Ba Reum’s head. But I think that’s because he’s a really skilled surgeon, and besides, all the other doctors knew what was going on there.
In the end, it turned out that Seong Yo Han was accused without much investigation, simply because he had some photo and was Seo Jun’s son. Although the only thing he did that could have landed him in jail was beating Ba Reum with a hammer.
The twist that surprised me the most was that everything was completely different from how it seemed—in reality, Yo Han was a genius, while Ba Reum was a psychopath, and all those murders were his doing.
My favorite characters were detective Ko and Daniel Lee. The detective often acted on emotion rather than reason—it was always “I’m going to kill that scumbag.” But I can understand him; his parents were killed when he was little, and then his brother was killed right on TV.
And over time, I started to really love Yo Han 🥹

A pure masterpiece !!!
Mouse is a pure masterpiece! !!! This drama is purely and simply extraordinary and exceptional.... I have never felt as dizzy and incredible a feeling and emotion as striking as inexplicable as watching such fiction! The final of each episode is totally explosive and spectacular and of an incomparable and stunning level. Mouse is the most enjoyable and breathtaking lhriller I have ever seen in my entire life! The main actors Lee Seung-gi and Lee Hee-joon are dazzling, so fascinating and fantastic!!! They each perform their role in such a prodigious and magical way. They have a great and phenomenal talent and acting. Mouse remains and will remain an unmatched drama and of an impressive and colossal level of quality and ingenuity. Congratulations to Choi Joon Bae, Kang Cheol-woo and Choi Ran for giving us so much excitement, surprise and happiness thanks to Mouse. I'm insanely head over heels for the series' soundtrack! The tracks in Mouse have a grand intensity, a sublime and unrivaled stroke of musical genius, like "Predator smile", "Head hunter" and "Mouse"❤️Was this review helpful to you?
atp I cannot stop thinking about how each of us are lab rats thrown into this messed up world
This plot is so complex that sometimes it can be hard for me to follow and keep up, but I still ate it up nonetheless. People in power will always find ways to screw you over, which reflects real life sadly. It does highlight how corrupt police systems can be. The public outcry moments were reasonable and I could imagine myself being absolutely tricked too. My mind was tricked and played dirty. I loved how the show set up the reveals. Once I reached a twist, I felt silly for not figuring it out before because it was right in front of me. I do not think it ever will be possible to live in a world without crime and corruption. Humans are the most despicable beings on this Earth, so it would be hard to do so. I wish people can get the justice they deserve. One can never judge a person my their cover, only by their true actions. <3Was this review helpful to you?
This is by far one of my favourites!
This is one of the K-Dramas I wish I could watch for the first time again. It was sooo good and caused so many emotions 😭😭 I felt happy, excited, angry, confused, BROKEN ...to be honest, I dropped this after the second episode since it was a little slow, but AFTER I decided to watch it again, everything changed.
So dont give up after the first episode please, you will understand everything (slowly)🌸
And if you finished this one, go watch vagabond and beyong evil next 🤩

Insane! Intricate and very tragic.
As the title says, super intricate story, you'll be knocked the f out by some twists and turns, but more importantly, tragic. So tragic that you should be in a good mood to watch this, especially if you've lost someone recently, or in general bc of murder, psychopathy etc. Can't say anything other (long ass) revoeuwera have not said, without spoiling. Just jump on in and you'll be pleasantly surprised by how well this series is constructed.
oh before I forget, watch episode 1-15, then the movie Mouse: The Predator (which consists of 2 episodes, and then episodes 16-20. Have fun!!

Chilling, gripping, excellently executed story
The chokehold this show has on me is unimaginable. Lee Seung Gi is an excellent actor and the kind of character development Jung Ba Reum goes through is worth every minute of watching this show. The tragic elements, especially in the last two episodes is beautifully crafted, I would say it is up there with Shakespearean tragedies. Maybe even more.I have seen this show twice now, and it has managed to break me both times even though I knew what was going to happen the second time around. That’s the kind of cinematography and character building this show has. 10/10 recommend ed

Absolutely blown away.
This drama is one of the most confusing shows I've ever watched. But that is the intent of the show. You WILL be confused while watching; you constantly have to piece things together. Just when you think you finally understand, the puzzle falls apart. This was an absolute masterpiece to watch. This show had me smiling, sitting on the edge of my seat, crying, and contemplating everything. Some scenes felt as if my heart was being ripped out--the ending especially just left a big gaping hole. If you are looking for a show with a happy ending, I wouldn't recommend this show.
If you want to feel like shit after watching but also be amazed at how good the story was, 100% give this a go.

Amazing…what a roll coasters of emotions!
It is the best thiller I ever watched. I thought 20 episodes will be too many and it get boring but no the show was engaging from beginning till the end.I could guess who is the killer after few episodes but still the show wasn’t boring and there are so many twists that you would not expect. It is a real shame that Yo Han had to die because I really like the character. The story is great.
After the brain sugery I started to sympathise with Ba Reum and stated to think if they did not trigger him would he became a killer? Lee Seung’s acting was amazing! In the end he got what he deserved but I could not help but felt sorry for him and wished for different ending.
I could not stopped watching the show. I finished it in few day!

MONSTERR
Mouse is literally 10/10 no debat 😭 this drama messed with my brain SO BAD anjir. dari awal aku udh bikin teori sana sini yg menurutku udh paling make sense, eh ternyata tetep kena prank semua 💀 tiap 1 case belum selesai langsung muncul another problem yg ternyata nyambung lagi, jadi selama nonton tuh otak dipaksa kerja terus buat nyari hubungan semuanya. AND THE PLOT TWIST??? Jung Ba-reum bener bener insane 😭 aku kira dia berubah gara gara transplant otak Sung Yo-han doang, ternyata HE WAS THE REAL MONSTER THIS WHOLE TIME??? anjir lah 😭 tapi at the same time aku kasian banget sama dia karena dia keliatan genuinely trying to be a normal human but he just can’t, makanya tiap liat dia tuh rasanya campur aduk between takut, kesel, sama sedih 💀 dan yg bikin drama ini makin gokil tuh dari awal kita sengaja digiring buat suspicious ke Yo Han terus, jadi bukan penontonnya yg ga pinter nebak, emng kita di gaslight penulisnya ajg 😭 yg paling parah tuh pas semua puzzle mulai nyatu satu satu… literally bikin bengong sendiri sambil mikir “ANJIR JADI SELAMA INI GITU???” 💀 tebakan aku yg bener cuma soal OZ sama sekretaris kementrian presiden, sisanya bener bener mindblowing semua 😭Was this review helpful to you?
